I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Tsukuba. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here for a Mt. Tsukuba hike. I really appreciated being able to pick up the ropeway discount tickets even before check-in. The Onsen after the hike was incredibly soothing. The bath area has been beautifully renovated, and the amenities (POLA) were excellent. The view of the Kanto Plain from the Room is stunning, and the night scenery is beautiful as well. When I woke up in the morning, everything was pure white—I enjoyed a morning bath surrounded by clouds and a delicious Japanese breakfast. It wasn’t clearly stated, but free drinks like coffee and apple juice were available, which was a pleasant surprise. Both the restaurant staff and front desk staff were very courteous and left a great impression. I’ll definitely stay again.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The excellent Reviews and the spacious Room were what convinced us to book. For my husband’s celebration, you provided such warm hospitality that he was delighted, and our whole family was truly moved. The property was very clean, all the staff were pleasant (especially at dinner), and we were able to enjoy local dishes—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied! The night view was beautiful. We would love to stay with you again on another occasion. Thank you very much for your thoughtful kindness.

This was my first time staying at this type of Hotel, but it was more comfortable than I expected, and choosing it was the right decision. The check-in explanation was very thorough and left a great impression. The Room was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The shampoo and conditioner also smelled nice. I would like to stay here again next time.

This is an Onsen Accommodation located halfway up Mt. Tsukuba. The Room had large windows and felt very open, but the view from our Room was not great. Tsukuba Shrine is a 10-minute walk away, and beyond it is the cable car station, making sightseeing convenient. There is one large public bath and one open-air bath, but the views were not great. There is an observation terrace, and from there we could enjoy a panoramic view of the Kanto Plain, which was wonderful. All of the meals were delicious and we were very satisfied. Since the building is old, there are many small steps, and the women’s bath is on basement level 2 and can only be reached by stairs, so it may be a bit tough for elderly guests. The staff were very kind and attentive, and we had a comfortable stay.

I had a very satisfying stay at HOLE37. The cottage was spacious and clean, with a high-quality private sauna and cold bath, allowing you to relax at your own pace. The BBQ dinner featured excellent ingredients, and the time spent gazing at the starry sky felt truly special. The staff were attentive and polite, making it a stay I would love to experience again.

This year again, I went to see the Shimodate grand mikoshi. It’s a bit of a walk to the station, but it was within an acceptable distance, so I stayed here. The bath isn’t large, but it is separated for men and women, which was satisfying. The Room also felt clean. The free breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a trip to Mt. Tsukuba Shrine, the Omido pilgrimage, and the Makabe Hina Festival. I also used the private bath, and both the Room and bath were great. This time I booked with breakfast only (no dinner), but breakfast was served in a half-buffet style and the rice was delicious. Next time I’d like to stay with two meals included. Some Reviews mentioned that the toilet is small, but the Room was very clean and nice. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Stayed with my family of four during Golden Week. The accommodation offers plenty of activities, including BBQ, sauna, jacuzzi, and billiards. Everything was impeccably clean, from the indoor spaces to the BBQ area and sauna room. The staff's attentive service and thoughtful care made our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much! We would love to stay here again next time!

Because of a sudden change of plans, we made a last-minute Reservation and stayed here, and it was far more enjoyable than we expected! In the lobby right by the entrance, there was a kids’ play area, board games, and a small complimentary ice cream service—our child was thrilled. Meals were buffet-style, with a wide variety of items stylishly displayed, which made dining fun. We were especially impressed by the many dishes featuring ingredients from Ibaraki. Even though our Reservation was last-minute, they handled food allergies very carefully—for example, providing us with a detailed list—which we really appreciated. Our Room had not been renovated, so we noticed a slight musty smell and some humidity. If we stay again, we would like to reserve a renovated Room. Overall, the staff were very kind and made our stay comfortable.

Perhaps because it’s newly opened, or thanks to an excellent housekeeping team, both the Room and the lobby were extremely clean. The Room was spacious and quiet, and there was plenty of parking—there was never a time we couldn’t find a spot. The parking lot is large so it’s a bit of a walk, but there’s a convenience store right in front, which makes it very convenient. We stayed for two nights on a Plan with breakfast, and there were hardly any repeat items over the two days. There was a good variety, everything tasted good, and nothing seemed to run out. It’s also nice that Route Inn offers WOWOW. We had a very comfortable stay for two days. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

This time as well, I stayed at Garage R9 for two nights and used it for a golf trip. The Room is always clean, so I can stay with peace of mind. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. I would like to stay here again next time.

The Room was very clean, and we were also happy with the reasonable price and the free breakfast. This was our first time having dinner at TSUTAYA Kitchen, and it was also reasonably priced and very delicious. We will visit again.
