I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

All the staff were incredibly kind and warm. They responded quickly when I wasn’t feeling well, and thanks to that I was able to enjoy my trip without changing any of my plans. My first enzyme bath also helped relieve my fatigue. If it were closer, I’d feel like coming even once a month. The French restaurant was outstanding—the fish and vegetables were fresh and delicious. The wine pairing was perfect, and we enjoyed it very much. For breakfast we chose the Japanese set, and the kenchin-jiru soup—something I hadn’t had in a long time—was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Room was comfortable as well, and we were satisfied with everything—we would definitely like to visit again. Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves was incredible. The bed was comfortable, and the bath/shower was very pleasant. We were lucky with great weather and enjoyed walking along Isshiki Beach. Even the local police officers near the Imperial Villa were friendly. We

Although I thought it was a bit pricey, I stayed here because I was drawn to its overseas-like atmosphere. The Hotel’s service and amenities were high quality, and I was very satisfied!! It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any sightseeing spots within walking distance nearby, but I was able to relax and take it easy with the lovely Room and the view. I’d definitely like to visit again.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

The Hotel’s service was attentive down to the smallest details and truly wonderful. In the lounge, they asked about my child’s juice preference and kindly made a special peach juice for us, which really impressed me. The building is stylish, and there were also Yayoi Kusama prints that I was glad to see up close. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

When I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was not disappointed at all; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. We were moved by the chef’s attention to detail in every dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only our dog but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great atmosphere. The entire Hotel was refined and very clean, making it comfortable to stay. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made us want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

A condominium with a kitchen, a 10-minute walk from the station and 3 minutes to the beach. It was very convenient since we didn’t have a car. Self check-in is unmanned, but when there was an issue with the screen, staff responded immediately by phone, which made us feel at ease. It was wonderful to cook and dine while enjoying the ocean view from the window. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and other essentials. The Room is spacious and clean, with a living area and dining area, so you can relax comfortably.

It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied. Used by a family of four. Since our children are small, we chose in-Room dining for dinner. Both the in-Room meal and the breakfast buffet were delicious. Our 2-year-old loved the kids’ area and played there for over two hours. There also seemed to be many guests who looked like government employees, and we hardly saw any foreign visitors. The only disappointments were that the futons were a bit thin, the mobile signal was weak, and the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable.

We stayed as a family with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren. Dinner featured an abundant selection of seafood, all fresh and delicious, and both my wife and daughter were very satisfied. Being able to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace in our Room helped the children stay calm, and we were able to spend unhurried time together as a family. In addition, we are truly grateful to the staff member who was very kind to the children and proactively supported us. Thanks to that, we felt at ease throughout our stay. This Accommodation is highly recommended for families. *There are rental bicycles near the Accommodation, and it was also a wonderful memory being able to cycle down to the seaside in the morning to take photos. We enjoyed quiet Kamakura in the early morning—it was such a refreshing time.* Thank you very much.
