Urawa Misono Station × Stays With Popular BreakfastHighly rated for rooms and amenities at Hotel·Ryokan - 2Page Number

Thank you for accommodating my last-minute Reservation. Although I checked in late, the front desk staff were polite and kind. Everything I needed was provided, and the Room was spacious and clean. I also really appreciated that breakfast was included. The Hotel is close to the station, with convenience stores and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it’s easy to get to central Tokyo and the Omiya area—an excellent location overall. This time my stay was short due to the sudden trip, but it’s a Hotel where I’d like to stay longer next time.

Overall, it was a good Hotel, and I would like to stay again, but I have a few requests. I understand that for environmental reasons there is no room cleaning and only towels are replaced. Please replace the bath mat as well. I stayed for 2 nights. There was not enough toothpaste. I greeted the housekeeping staff when I saw them, but they did not respond.
