I interacted with a total of three front desk staff members, and all of them provided very courteous service. When I first saw the exterior, I wondered if I had made a mistake, but the inside was well cleaned and spotless. Although I stayed in a single room, it felt more spacious than other chain Hotels. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Although it’s near Higashi-Kawaguchi Station and along the railway tracks, it was so quiet that I wondered if this was really in town, and I had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was that when I woke up in the morning and turned on the lamp above the bed, I noticed dust on it.

A wonderful Hotel. The interior is very clean, and you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay without being disturbed by outside noise or sounds from other Rooms. The Room was spacious enough and provided a very comfortable space. Amenities were well-equipped, allowing for a convenient stay. What I particularly liked was the bedside light. Being able to adjust the bedroom lighting in detail before sleeping is surprisingly rare, and I felt it was a thoughtful service from the perspective of guests. Since the entrance closes at 9 PM, check-in is generally required before that time; however, even though their standard check-in time ends at 6 PM, they have always been accommodating when I request late check-ins due to work commitments after hours. Their kind response every time despite my late arrival is truly appreciated. I would definitely choose this Hotel again whenever I have business in the Kawaguchi area!

It was convenient—Sun City Hall was within walking distance, and the train and nearby shops were easy to use. I’d love to stay again for another concert.

It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was surprisingly comfortable! There is a Lawson Store 100 on the first floor. I entered the women’s room using the PIN code displayed during check-in on my smartphone. Since I arrived past midnight, I assumed other guests were already asleep, so I made sure to avoid making noise (sounds can echo if you bump into the capsules). All necessary amenities are provided (loungewear is available at the front desk, toothbrushes in the washroom, and a full set of towels inside each capsule. Additionally, in the women’s room, there are bottles of skincare products and shampoo). At first, I considered staying at an internet café since prices were similar, but being able to sleep on a proper bed made all the difference!

The Room was clean and comfortable, so I was very satisfied. The bathroom also felt new and was spotless. It was very convenient with the station and Seiyu supermarket nearby, and I also liked the view from the window, so I plan to stay again.

I stayed here for a Scottish dance event I’ve been attending since I was young. Even though it was a twin room, it was spacious, and the view from the window was wonderful. My friends were jealous and asked, “You got to stay there?” It was an amazing one-night, two-day stay. H.T

Thank you for accommodating my last-minute Reservation. Although I checked in late, the front desk staff were polite and kind. Everything I needed was provided, and the Room was spacious and clean. I also really appreciated that breakfast was included. The Hotel is close to the station, with convenience stores and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it’s easy to get to central Tokyo and the Omiya area—an excellent location overall. This time my stay was short due to the sudden trip, but it’s a Hotel where I’d like to stay longer next time.

The location and price were excellent—about a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station East Exit! Even though it was a very affordable No Meals Included Plan, the Room was very clean and stylish. The layout was practical, with a washbasin right by the entrance. Since I was tired from walking around, I wish I had chosen a Room with a separate toilet and bath.

The room size is typical for a Business Hotel, but the interior was clean and very tidy. The unit bath was also clean, making the stay very comfortable. As for amenities, everything necessary was provided, and there were no inconveniences. There were even hangers with clothespins for drying small laundry items, showing thoughtful consideration for guests. From Kasukabe Station, the large signboard is easy to spot, so you can reach without getting lost. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient location. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
