Urawa Misono Station × Highly-rated Hotel·Ryokan

This was our first time staying here, and because my mother has a disability, you kindly assisted us from the parking Reservation onward. You also changed our room to a universal room, and thanks to your outstanding hospitality, we had a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants inside the Hotel building, which was very helpful as we didn’t have to worry about the weather. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

Right after check-in, I went to use the sauna and the Onsen, and had them all to myself. Everything was very clean, I warmed up and was able to relax. The entire property and the Room were spotless wherever I looked, very comfortable, and all of the staff were extremely kind. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of options, was filling and delicious, and I was completely satisfied. Up until check-out, everything met my expectations, and I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The distance from the station, the Hotel Facility, and the Room—everything was satisfying. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was excellent. I was truly impressed for the first time in a while.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

The service was very attentive, and the Room was clean—overall, I’m very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast as well.

We stayed as three generations of our family. Both Rooms were spacious corner Rooms, and we could see several railway lines below—our grandchildren, who love trains, were thrilled. We had Western-style meals for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. At dinner, they also offered a children’s plate with a great variety of items like an adult meal, which we were very satisfied with. The food tasted wonderful as well. While we waited, they even provided coloring sheets so the children wouldn’t get bored, and our grandchildren happily focused on coloring. They were very kind to our grandchildren and helped our whole family relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection with authentic flavors throughout. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

I stayed here again this year to attend a live show at Omiya Sonic City. On the day, heavy rain caused the trains to run at reduced speed and stop for signal equipment checks, so I arrived in Omiya about an hour later than planned. However, by the time I got there, the rain had eased and I reached the Hotel without getting wet. Check-in was quick and easy using the QR code sent to my phone. Although it wasn’t very hot that day, the humidity was high and uncomfortable, but I was able to relax comfortably in my air-conditioned Room until doors opened. After the show, I enjoyed dinner at an izakaya I had reserved, and since it was only about an 8-minute walk back to the Hotel, it was very convenient. I soaked in a hot bath with the provided bath salts and slept soundly. The next morning, I had breakfast at the familiar second-floor restaurant. This time I mainly chose Western-style dishes, but when I went to get coffee, I spotted curry and ended up eating more than I should have. If there’s another event in Omiya, I’ll likely stay here again.

It was conveniently located near Minami-Koshigaya Station, and there was also a convenience store nearby. I didn’t take any amenities, but a variety were available, so it seemed suitable even for a last-minute stay. I’m planning to stay in the Minami-Koshigaya area again at the end of the year, so I may book here again.

I used this Accommodation for a business trip. I booked a single Room with a bathtub and separate washing area. Personally, when traveling for work, I prefer being able to relax and bathe in my Room at my own pace rather than going out to a large public bath. I was happy that the amenities included bath salts. The shower head was fixed straight, which I found a bit difficult to use. The Room felt slightly small for opening a suitcase, but it had a humidifying air purifier and plenty of hangers, making it very convenient. It was also nice to have pajamas instead of a yukata. The location is convenient—close to the station, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The coffee and tea bag service was also good. Staff interaction was minimal, but they were polite and helpful. For future business trips to Tokyo or Saitama, I would like to make this my regular Accommodation.

I had business in Ageo, so I made a Reservation here for its convenient location near Omiya Station. The Hotel was very clean, and there was a welcome drink. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and I was very satisfied. It’s such a shame that it’s closing. It’s a wonderful Hotel that makes me want to stay again. Thank you very much.

Unlike other Smile Hotels, it had a homely atmosphere with various thoughtful touches, which was great. Both the station and convenience store are nearby, making it ideal for a short stay. It's only 30 minutes to Tokyo Station, so I felt the cost-performance was better than hotels in the city. It was worth more than its price.

This was my first stay here. At check-in, I received a folding fan—perhaps as part of a limited-time campaign—and, for women only, basic skincare items and hair oil (which seems to be offered regularly). The staff were wonderful, and despite the very reasonable price, the room had a separate bath and toilet. The bathroom was spacious with a bubble bath, and the nano-bubble shower felt great. A Dyson hair dryer was also provided, along with other amenities that were kind to skin and hair, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was included too—you can choose either a bento box or bread! The area is also convenient and enjoyable, with convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and more nearby.

I stayed at this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo. The location is excellent—Urawa Corso and Isetan are about a 1-minute walk away, so shopping is very convenient. During my trip I needed extra clothes, and being able to buy them right away at UNIQLO was a big help. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which makes it easy to pick up small items and drinks. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying overall (they even served eel on the day I stayed). The breakfast venue is on an upper floor with nice views and an open feel. That said, the view overlooks the Urawa city area, so it’s more about enjoying the cityscape than dramatic scenery. The Hotel facilities seemed recently renovated and were clean overall. While there were a few spots that showed their age, nothing felt inconvenient. One thing I noticed was that although I had reserved a non-smoking Room, there was a faint lingering smell of tobacco. It may be from before the renovation, but guests who are sensitive to odors might find it noticeable. Overall, with its great location and excellent breakfast, I think this is a recommended Hotel for sightseeing in Tokyo or for stays related to errands in the Urawa/Omiya area.

The Hotel’s Rooms and common areas are very clean. It’s also close to the station, so the location is excellent. Since it’s just a short train ride from Omiya Station, it’s easy to access the Shinkansen. In addition, as the nearest station is served by both the Musashino Line and the Keihin-Tohoku Line, it’s convenient for getting to many different areas. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so dining is not a problem. There are also washing machines in the building. The accommodation cost feels like great value, so I stay here again whenever I have business in the Tokyo metropolitan area. If you stay in a Room on the track side, you may hear train noise, but I don’t think it’s much of an issue.

I stayed here for work in Omiya because it was a hassle to go back home. It’s in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station. The Hotel feels a bit old, but it was perfectly adequate and I didn’t find anything inconvenient. It was kept very clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, so I could relax and enjoy it. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again when I’m on business in the Saitama area.

I stayed here to watch a soccer match. It’s close to the downtown area and the station, and the rates are relatively affordable, so I’ve used it several times. The bathtub is a bit small, which is slightly disappointing, but it’s fine overall. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Day 4 with the Seishun 18 Ticket. With heavy luggage and a tired body, I arrived at Nishikawaguchi Station. After passing the police box and a convenience store, I quickly reached COCO STAY Nishikawaguchi Ekimae—about a 1–2 minute walk from the station. Despite the staff’s polite explanation at reception, I headed straight for the bath. A generous tub of hot water was waiting for me. The moment I soaked in it, it felt like heaven, and all of today’s fatigue melted away as if it had never been there. It was a great Hotel.
