The location was good and the reviews were positive, which was the deciding factor, and it was really good in reality! All the hotel staff were well-groomed, behaved properly, had pleasant expressions, and were very courteous, which made me feel very comfortable. They upgrade

Location and room cleanliness are excellent. It's right next to the ticket gate, adjacent to the Gakushuin Forest, with a Starbucks inside the building and two convenience stores nearby, making the environment and convenience both great. I was planning to stay in Ikebukuro, but c

Amazingly, it was equipped with a ReFa shower and hairdryer. It was very pleasant, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience of using the ReFa showerhead. The amenities were good as well. The toothbrush was the most comfortable one I've ever used. I would like to use this

I was pleased with the very accommodating service, especially since some hotels charge extra for early check-in. On the day of check-out, we also left our luggage, and they handled it flexibly, which was very nice. It's a hotel I'd like to use again if I have the opportunity!

We stayed with four people, including two children, and were grateful to be moved to a larger room due to availability on the day. Additionally, they contacted us about forgotten items, which we hadn't noticed, so it was very helpful. All the staff were pleasant, making for a

I wasn't bothered by any noise and was able to recharge until morning, so I could be active the next day. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so it's convenient. The staff's service was excellent, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. I would like to use this place again

I enjoyed a spacious bath at the nearby Timez spa and had a drink at a soba restaurant! At Uojou, I drank sake "Zaku" with sea urchin and whelk as side dishes, and returned to Resol at 10 PM. I slept soundly on Resol's exquisite futon. It was the best. The staff had wonderful

The front desk staff were all very attentive. They didn't do anything special, but they anticipated what we wanted and took care of it, and noticed things we might be struggling with and explained them to us. Their response was excellent.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful, and the drum-type washer-dryer in the room was very useful. The room and the hotel were clean and comfortable, but when I opened the drawer to look for a cup, I found a long hair on the plate... That was the only disappointmen

There were plenty of amenities catering to women, including a smartphone charger, a Refa hairdryer, and even a makeup mirror. Of course, the bath was also excellent. However, there were only two sinks, so when it was crowded, I couldn't use the hairdryer and had to go back to my
