Shinjuku Nishi-guchi Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed here to catch an early-morning highway bus from Busta Shinjuku. As with my usual capsule stays, I brought drinks and snacks, but there was no need. In the shared lounge, I could relax in a chair with free drinks, and several kinds of alcohol were served at night. Late-night snacks such as ramen and ochazuke were also provided, so I had nothing to worry about. I was able to unwind in the large public bath and sauna and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast, including curry rice, was also available, so I could depart with peace of mind. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

The location was great and very convenient. The Hotel has a retro atmosphere. Everything was well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful! The front desk staff were all kind—nothing to complain about. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again if we have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both the location and the Room quality are excellent. It is quiet, and once you are in the Room you cannot hear the noise of the city, making it an ideal environment to relax and recover from fatigue. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and it is a comfortable Hotel. Most guests are international travelers, so it feels almost like being abroad. There is a convenience store on the first floor; it can get crowded, but it is very convenient.

I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin, and they upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. It was only for one night, but the Room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t want to check out early in the morning. I’d like to stay here again when I have business in Shinjuku. Thank you very much.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

Close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, with a clean and new interior. The Room is standard, but efficiently designed with no wasted space. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but there are options like tacos and tomato juice, which is satisfying. There are many international guests, but security is solid—for example, you can’t go upstairs without a key card. Check-in feels self-service, but the front desk staff will assist properly. With Accommodation costs rising recently, even old Hotels in good locations that aren’t well maintained can charge high rates; however, this Hotel is new and clean, reasonably priced for what you get, and easy to use.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

I’m a regular guest and stay here every time I come to Kabukicho. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The Room is compact but very clean, well equipped with everything you need, and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and check-out are smooth, so there’s no stress even when you’re busy. The staff are polite and helpful, and the consistent service always makes me feel at ease. No matter how many times I stay, I always think, “I’ll choose this Hotel again.” I’ll definitely continue to stay here!

I found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku. At first, I was considering the Nishi-Shinjuku area, but this Hotel had great access, was clean, and offered good value. I booked two Rooms for my mother and aunt’s sightseeing trip in Tokyo, and they were happy because it was convenient to get anywhere and very clean.

I was planning to check in late, but it was very helpful that you contacted me on the day to confirm my check-in time.

I stayed here while looking for Accommodation near the Shinjuku area during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a comfortable stay.

The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Of course, it was my mistake—I thought it was the Kabukicho Tower Hotel I always use, but it was a different Hotel. It’s nice, but the Kabukicho Tower Hotel is probably more convenient. That said, if you’re staying in Tokyo and plan to have a few drinks, I think this is a good Accommodation.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

Although it was an east-facing Room, the view was wonderful, with a full panorama of the city center. I would definitely like to stay again.

Convenient access from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even while traveling I fell asleep quickly and woke up refreshed. Since it opened this spring, everything is spotlessly clean. The Room also has a sauna, karaoke, a high-spec hair dryer, and other amenities, making the Facility very comfortable. One of the small breakfast dishes (nikujaga) seemed spoiled and tasted sour, which was disappointing, but overall the meal was delicious. Breakfast was delivered via room service, so we could relax and enjoy it in the Room.
