An ideal location for sightseeing in Hakodate. Comfortable condominium-style accommodations with all rooms 60 m² or larger.

Spending quality time together as a family or in a small group during your travels creates precious memories. While a "condominium" does not offer full services like a Hotel or Ryokan, it allows you to enjoy a private and personalized stay at a reasonable price, much like a resort apartment.Furthermore, Condominium Panoramic Motomachi is ideally located for those who wish to leisurely explore the charming city of Hakodate. The Motomachi and Suehirocho areas, rich in history since the port's opening, feature numerous churches, public halls, and unique architectural styles blending Japanese and Western influences. The Bay Area is also within close proximity. Be sure to enjoy a stroll through the tranquil streets at the foot of the mountain. The surrounding area is dotted with renowned dining establishments, and a convenience store is nearby. Additionally, the ropeway station and tram stops are just a short distance away.

A historic and romantic Western-style guesthouse designated as a Hakodate City Scenic Building.

The Western-style building adjacent to the Tachikawa family residence and store, constructed in Meiji 34 (1901) and designated as Hokkaido's first Important Cultural Property in Showa 46 (1971), was expanded in Taisho 4 (1915) by the fourth-generation Tachikawa Zenkichi as a dedicated reception room. The Corinthian column capitals at the entrance feature acanthus leaf decorations. Under the eaves of the second floor, there are also highly decorative carved brackets, evoking the splendor of the Taisho era.
