Tsukisamu Chuo Station × Highly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

It was my first stay in several years. At check-in, the front desk staff member from overseas explained everything very politely, which was great. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room size, the spacious bath, the strong shower water pressure, and the bath additive among the amenities were all excellent. The cleaning was spotless as well. Even though they were busy at breakfast, all the staff greeted guests and spoke up when replenishing items—everyone was energetic and it felt great. There was a wide variety of dishes; the pork miso soup with plenty of ingredients (not seafood) and the hearty curry were both delicious. The location is also great, within walking distance to Susukino. With this level of satisfaction, the Accommodation Fee feels like a great value, so it’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. It had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel I was this satisfied with.

This Hotel is still the best in Sapporo. The Facility is old, but the location, the staff’s service, and breakfast while looking out over the park are all unforgettable. A morning walk through Nakajima Park after breakfast is wonderful. Sadly, it will be closing soon, but even after it becomes a Hilton, I hope it will carry on the Park Hotel spirit.

We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!

If the rate fits my budget for the stay, I use this Hotel often because the Facility, service, and location are excellent. It’s about the size of a small Business Hotel, and there is a public bath on the first floor. So when I’m chilled in winter, I can stretch out and soak in a tub instead of just using the Room shower, which I’m very happy with. Bathing times are separated for men and women. Compared with newer Hotels, it does feel a bit dated, but considering everything you need is provided at this price, it’s very satisfying! Personally, I really like that each Room has its own air conditioner so I can set the temperature to my preference, and that the windows open—so during seasonal transitions I can manage the room temperature without using AC. The front desk service is also excellent; repeat guests only need to sign at check-in, so you can get into your Room quickly. It’s also great that there are many restaurants nearby! The affiliated parking is across the street and is a multi-story garage parking lot, which helps because you don’t have to worry about your car overheating or clearing snow off it. As long as my travel dates and the price work out, this is a Hotel I’d like to return to.

I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game at ES CON Field. The game ran long and I checked in late, but the staff handled it pleasantly. I was also very satisfied with the large public bath. The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. There were local Hokkaido dishes such as soup curry, herring, and seafood. I was very satisfied. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night in early September. It was within walking distance of Susukino, and I could also walk to sightsee at the TV Tower and the Clock Tower. Breakfast was excellent, with many delicious dishes made using ingredients from Hokkaido. There was also a large public bath, which was very relaxing. I understand it can’t be helped since it’s a changing area in the Hotel, but I felt it would be more comfortable if it were a bit larger so guests could change calmly when it gets crowded. This became one of my good memories of Sapporo. Thank you very much.

The breakfast is excellent. It is served in the Room and includes soup, bread, and juice, with just the right portion size. During our 2-night stay, the soup menu changed each day, and both were very delicious. It felt like the ideal Hotel breakfast. At check-in, we received a welcome drink along with a detailed explanation from the staff. The stay was comfortable and became a wonderful memory of Sapporo.

A trip with my 2-year-old daughter. We stayed here because we wanted to pack light, and having a washing machine and microwave was a big help—we made great use of them! The free drinks at the front desk also gave us a good reason to take our toddler out of the Room during her “no” phase. We’d love to stay again next year.

A clean business hotel just steps from Susukino Station. Great location and very clean—really enjoyed my stay!

Although I was traveling solo, I stayed in a twin Room, which was spacious enough to relax. There was also a large public bath, and the towel bag and amenities needed for bathing were well provided, so even though it was a business trip, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

Everything was wonderful, and the staff were very courteous. We truly had a great time! We would love to stay again—thank you in advance.

Thank you for preparing a spacious Room on the top floor; the view was very soothing. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Susukino, and walking from Susukino to Sapporo Station via the underground passage, we arrived in no time. Above all, the Room was quiet and we were able to relax without stress, so we were very satisfied—and we used the massage chair many times. The parking staff were also kind. Breakfast was decent. The menu was well laid out within that space with good traffic flow. We would love to stay with you again when we visit Sapporo.

I stayed here the last time I visited Hokkaido and loved it, so this is a repeat stay. Although it’s a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, the price is reasonable and the bath and amenity quality is excellent. The large public bath is especially spacious, and with the open-air bath included there are plenty of baths to choose from. The natural Onsen feels amazing! The sauna also allows you to do loyly freely, and you can adjust the temperature as well. Even the toothbrush was sturdy enough that it felt wasteful to throw away after one use, and the skincare amenities were Sekkisei! The Hotel itself may be older, so there are some inconveniences like slow elevators that take a while to arrive, but overall it’s a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I come back to Hokkaido.

The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I chose Ronshan again this time because I had a great first stay two months ago. The Room is well maintained, the bed is comfortable, and I really appreciate the convenient setup with separate bath and toilet. Above all, the front desk staff are wonderful. Both last time and this time, their service was polite and pleasant. They also helped me in various ways by storing my luggage before and after check-in, and I think the same woman handled my phone call as well—thank you very much for your courteous support! I expect to visit Sapporo about once a year going forward, so I’d love to stay at Ronshan again.

While the interior color scheme may be a matter of personal preference, it was a good Hotel.

I stayed at a reasonable price with the Short Stay Plan. Check-in was after 6:00 PM, but there was a complimentary drink service for guests in the lobby lounge, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. The next morning, I took a walk in Nakajima Park, which continues from the Hotel’s garden across a narrow road. The Room was clean, and I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

The front desk staff made a great impression, and the Room was comfortable. I will stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. Despite being very close to Susukino, a major entertainment district, the property was very quiet inside, and the hospitality and convenience were excellent. This will be my regular Accommodation in Sapporo. It was a very pleasant stay. Just one thing: The screw on the lower holder for the bathroom shower head was loose and coming off, so I couldn’t use it. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible.
