The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. This was my first time staying here. I was happy that parking was free. I also heard that the large public bath for women is properly kept locked, and I was impressed by how well it is managed. The Room was just right, and I chose this place because it is close to where I wanted to go.

Originally, I was planning to reserve a certain hotel, but I couldn't suddenly reserve for 3 nights and 4 days, so I chose this accommodation plan. However, after staying here, it turned out to be better than the hotel! It was a typical loft-style apartment room suitable for single living, but it came fully equipped with bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap as well as dishwashing detergent and air conditioning. The room I stayed in also had a washing machine and laundry detergent available for use. There was even a convenience store nearby which made everything very convenient. No hassle of check-in or check-out procedures or moving through elevators and hallways. Honestly speaking, it felt much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. The only downside is that there is no parking lot; you will need to use the coin-operated parking behind the building. If I have business nearby again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation. Thank you very much for this time!

This was our first time staying here. We were traveling as a family of five, so we chose an entire house rental for the first time. The place was spotless—like a brand-new model home—and the interior design was wonderful. There were plenty of amenities, the bathroom was clean, there was a washing machine, and all the bedrooms were clean as well—everything was excellent. There were notices in several places saying that the building is close to the neighboring unit and asking guests to be mindful of noise. We thought it wouldn’t be an issue for normal use, but… It seemed that foreign guests were staying next door this time. After they came back late at night, they appeared to be enjoying themselves while playing music. Given the hour, we contacted the person in charge using the provided contact information. Just when it seemed to quiet down, they moved upstairs and started again with music and loud shouting… Even I woke up in shock from the noise. If this hadn’t happened, we would have said that we’d like to stay here every time we visit Sapporo, but it may be difficult. The Facility was so good that it’s truly disappointing.

I stayed here for a concert at the dome. The nearest station was convenient with a direct express train from the airport, and it was also just one stop away from the limousine bus station for the concert. Within about a 10-minute walk, I could reach Nijo Market, Ramen Alley, and Susukino, making it feel like a hidden gem. The Room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. It also had a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—everything you could need! If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

This was my first time staying at The Villa Hotels. The building was very clean, and all the appliances were new. I brought my own seasonings and pajamas in advance, so I had no inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, there was floor heating, making the room comfortable even on a cold day. Thank you for two enjoyable days!

Conveniently located for quick access to Odori Station. Nango Park with its grassy area is also nearby. The accommodation features an auto-lock system, so no keys are needed. It includes a unit bath, refrigerator, and heating/cooling appliances for your comfort. The soundproofing ensures a quiet stay without external noise disturbances.
