Denpō Station × Stays Popular For SunsetsHighly rated Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed here while sightseeing in Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the room was spacious and easy to use. The table and chairs in the room were very practical and made my stay even more comfortable. The amenities, welcome drink, and breakfast were simple but well taken care of, and I was very satisfied. The staff were kind as well, which made for a great trip. Thank you very much.

Thank you for upgrading our Room, which made our stay very comfortable. After working up a sweat at the gym, we took a shower and headed to the lounge. The champagne we enjoyed while feeling the evening breeze became a wonderful travel memory. The freshly cooked rice at breakfast was also delicious, and the hospitality of all the staff was impeccable. This is an outstanding Hotel that I would consider number one among all the Hotels I have stayed at so far. When visiting Osaka, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I forgot an item during my stay, but the hotel staff handled it very kindly and sent it to me with shipping prepaid. Also, since I was traveling with a child, I really appreciated receiving baby body soap and a shampoo set. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!

We stayed to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the Hotel kindly made thoughtful arrangements for our Room, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time. What left the strongest impression this time was the warm hospitality of all the staff. At the club lounge, they spoke kindly to our son and even played with him, treating us warmly throughout our stay. Even with a child, we were able to relax and spend time in comfort. We were also truly moved by the attentive service—remembering small details from casual conversations and offering considerate support before we even had to ask. It was clear they paid close attention to each guest. During meals as well, they thoughtfully helped so that our son could eat more easily, and we were able to enjoy dining together as a family. We have stayed here several times, but this visit once again made us feel glad we chose to come back. The Facilities and food are excellent, of course, but above all, I believe the warmth of the staff is this Hotel’s greatest charm. Thank you so much for turning such an important anniversary into a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here to propose this time. The staff were fully supportive and kindly helped with everything—thank you! It made for the perfect proposal. I’ll be back.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

Family trip to Osaka for four. Excellent access to Universal Studios Japan. About 20 minutes by train with one transfer to USJ. Parking is a flat maximum rate of 1,500 yen per day. The Room was clean and excellent. The bathroom was clean, and the toilet was also clean. Everything about this Hotel was great. A Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again.

We enjoyed the night view from our twin room on the 31st floor. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable, and we slept well. For breakfast, we were seated by a window with a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious. All of the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

The room was spotless and very clean. It was a twin room, but quite compact—so much so that we had to shift the table a bit to make space when sitting on the sofa. That said, the window-side sofa was very comfortable, and we were able to relax while enjoying the view. I understand it’s due to the layout, but the toilet area was also quite small, and I bumped my knees a few times when opening and closing the door. The vanity area was a little dim as well. There are plenty of mirrors, but it’s not ideal for doing makeup, so I recommend using the powder room in the large public bath in the morning. On the other hand, the large public bath was excellent. When I first got in, the water felt fairly lukewarm, but it gradually became properly warm and very relaxing. The views from both the room and the bath were wonderful—I imagine you can enjoy great scenery from any room. Breakfast was delicious too, and overall I was very satisfied. This time we enjoyed daytime views, so next time I’d like to stay again during Nakanoshima’s illumination season.

I stayed without high expectations due to some negative reviews, but the room was spacious and there were no particular issues. It was conveniently located near USJ and Expo, and I was happy to stay at an affordable price.

We had a relaxing stay! The front desk staff’s warm smiles and service were excellent!

I stayed here two years ago and was able to relax, so I chose this Accommodation again. I was able to relax this time as well, which is understandable given the current situation. However, the breakfast price increase felt a bit steep. Also, the hairbrush was small and difficult to use for people with thick hair.
