We have renovated a traditional "Kyo-machiya" that still remains in Kyoto. You can stay in this historic townhouse and experience a simulated lifestyle in Kyoto. This Property is the fourth dog-friendly Kyo-machiya in our series. We collaborated with companies that support our mission of "preserving machiya and Kyoto's landscape." The noren curtain was specially crafted using denim fabric from Okayama Prefecture by "CEUEU," and the furniture features products from the Italian furniture brand "Kartell." While the exterior retains the traditional look of a Kyo-machiya, the interior is modern and stylish, inspired by the image of a highland villa, offering a comfortable and chic Kyo-machiya experience. Please enjoy the charming streets of Kyoto with your beloved dog.
This accommodation is within walking distance of Kyoto Station, approximately 15 minutes away, offering excellent transportation convenience. It is also close to Toji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, making it ideal for sightseeing. The glass-walled bath provides a sense of openness, allowing you to relax while enjoying views of the garden. On the first floor, there is a spacious Japanese-style room and a kitchen. On the second floor, there is one Japanese-style room and one Western-style room. The accommodation can host up to 9 guests in a comfortable and relaxing space.
