I got a little lost on the way from Shin-Osaka Station to the Hotel due to unfamiliarity with the area, but I was able to find it quickly thanks to its distinctive exterior design. I could leave my luggage before check-in, and the staff's service was polite. Thank you. The ba

In particular, thank you to the front desk staff for your help. The view from the Room was great, and breakfast was excellent with a wide selection—I was very satisfied. I have already made another Reservation for the near future and look forward to visiting again. Highly recomme

Both times I visited Osaka for a live show, and this Hotel was very convenient and comfortable for Shinkansen travelers! Last time I stayed in a twin Room, and this time in a double Room—both were great. The Room was clean, and the honey tea (available at the front desk) was also

It was conveniently located, close to Shin-Osaka Station and within easy reach of a convenience store. The Room was clean and easy to use, and I was able to relax. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed surprisingly good coffee for a machine-brewed type

One great feature was that guests could enjoy complimentary soba noodles at the hotel until 11 PM, which was very comforting after walking around at the Expo. The guest rooms were clean, and in the public bath area, there were Dyson hair dryers and two massage chairs available—

The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly in view from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat-and-tofu soup was delicious! They also serve excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied.

In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toil

Although it is on the opposite side of the Midosuji Line exit, the area around the Hotel is quiet with many convenience stores, making it a valuable choice. Above all, the Room is spacious! The bathroom and toilet are separate! The amenities are well-equipped, and having stay

There were also seasoned vegetables, fish, pork miso soup (so good I had seconds), dessert (the pudding was amazing), and a green smoothie (I had seconds). Nothing flashy, but it hits all the right notes—an outstanding breakfast. I’d love to stay again and enjoy breakfast her

It’s very conveniently located near the station. I appreciated being able to take the amenities available at the front desk. I was especially happy that the roomwear was a separate set. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. Thank you very much for even giving me a specia

The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, and there was a separate sofa and mini table. There were plenty of power outlets as well. There are four

This was my first time staying here. The bathroom was very spacious, but the Room felt a bit small. However, it was clean. It was a downside that there was no makeup remover among the amenities, and it was hard to find where the in-room tea and other items were. I left some clot

As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff

I booked this hotel last minute for a trip to the Expo, and it was excellent. There is a shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka, so carrying a suitcase without having to walk was very convenient. The plan included tickets for the natural Onsen, which is located right in front of the ho
