Kamishinjo Station × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan - 2Page Number

I stayed here on a business trip. The service was excellent, and the Facility was clean, so I was very satisfied.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean, with an open and welcoming lobby. The room was spacious, well maintained, and felt very fresh and spotless. The Shuttle Service from Shin-Osaka Station was smooth and very convenient. I’d like to try the meals next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

After a piano recital, it was getting late, so I stayed in Shin-Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still within an acceptable range. The Room was compact, and it was more than enough for me. In the morning, bread was provided; it was an easy-to-eat size and I appreciated being able to take it up to my Room. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. For this price, I have no complaints.

I can’t remember which visit this was, but it was my first time using the “Good Sleep Room.” I guess I’d been more worn out than I realized. I used the foot massager (it was intense!) and enjoyed the Mirabath, which left me feeling refreshed and moisturized. It was a truly relaxing night—something I can’t experience at home. Thanks to that, I felt energized early the next day on my business trip, and even my legs felt lighter and moved better.

As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff during dinner. The chef's dishes and the patissier's desserts were very satisfying. If I may suggest an improvement, in the room for three people, setting up a sofa bed made it difficult to use the closet and safety box. While I appreciated that it was prepared in advance, this could be improved. Overall, the location was convenient with moderate traffic in the area and nearby convenience stores, making it friendly for us who traveled by car from out of town. Several international staff members were working as well, but all staff left a kind impression on me. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Osaka!

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design. For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together. The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay. The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! Thank you so much for your hospitality during this time!

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the location was excellent. The hotel amenities were well stocked, and the room was clean. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were cheerful and spoke clearly. The amenities are minimal, but they provide tea, a comb, and other basics. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I had a comfortable stay. I was happy that the TV was large. Considering that breakfast is free, I have no complaints. There is only one side dish (kinpira burdock), but they also provide furikake seasoning. If they offered raw eggs instead of boiled eggs, I could have made rice with egg. There were two types of bread, which was nice. I also appreciated the apple juice and hope they keep offering it. It might be even better if they provided dried wakame seaweed next to the miso soup. Since it’s free, I’m satisfied as it is. The Hotel is fairly close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. I would like to stay again.

It was clean and close to the station, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby, so I had no worries. The large public bath was also spacious enough that you wouldn’t expect it from a capsule Hotel. I’d like to stay again.

The Sunny Stone Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it ideal not only for business but also for trips around Osaka and the wider Kansai area. Being just one stop from Shin-Osaka Station, it felt like the easiest Hotel to reach.

Thank you for your hospitality. The property is close to Shin-Osaka Station, reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. I will use it again the next time I visit Osaka. Thank you in advance.

There is a large public bath, and I used it every day—it was excellent. As expected, the Room bath was too small and didn’t make me want to use it, so I chose this Hotel. It was the right choice. I was disappointed that there was no instant coffee among the amenities.

Very close to the station. Because it faces a main road, there were times at night when noise from cars and motorcycles was noticeable, so I probably should have brought earplugs. The exterior felt somewhat old, but the Room was clean, and best of all, the toilet, bath, and sink were all separate, which made it very convenient to use. However, dust had accumulated on top of the bathroom door and in corners of the walls, so it would be even better if less noticeable areas were cleaned more thoroughly. That was my only concern—overall I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

It was very convenient, located just a short walk from the Shin-Osaka Station exit. Amenities are picked up at the front desk. Pajamas are not provided in the Room, so you will need to pick them up as well. The building faces the railway tracks, so you may occasionally hear train noise, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The Room has highly light-blocking blinds, so I was able to rest well until morning.

Not only is the Facility new, but it’s also impeccably clean, close to the station, and reasonably priced. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, and they will store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Looking at the details: a large TV, a large mirror, a spacious shower room with strong water pressure, an in-room safe, deodorizing spray, a suitcase rack, and stylish chairs that are comfortable to sit on. If I had to mention anything: the refrigerator is small and doesn’t get very cold, and the toilet bowl is on the smaller side. Overall, it’s almost too good—there aren’t many Business Hotels like this.

I’ve stayed here many times. I haven’t had any particularly bad experiences (sorry if that sounds a bit condescending) or anything unpleasant. It may vary by Room, but mine had a microwave (very handy) and a washing machine (it seems detergent is sold at the front desk). It was a loft-style Room with the ladder removed. (It didn’t feel run-down.) The Hotel’s design and layout are like the Rooms are arranged in a spiral, with a mysterious open atrium-like display space in the center—maybe they once planned to make it into a disco…? The building’s structure is unusual (in a good way). For meals, there’s a supermarket right across the street, and there are bento shops along the road, so it’s easy to heat up boxed meals in the microwave. I was able to relax normally. Thank you very much.

I felt the Facility was more than adequate. The amenities, Room cleanliness, and service were all fine with no particular issues. Since I was on the 11th floor, I was lucky to enjoy an open view from the window. There were two elevators, but they didn’t seem to be coordinated; several times, after pressing the button, the elevator on the opposite side passed my floor first. That was disappointing.

This was my first stay, and it was excellent. It’s close to the station, so I felt safe even late at night. Having a convenience store on the first floor was very convenient, and the dedicated basket was helpful. The front desk staff were wonderful, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

The service was courteous, the Facility was new, and it offered great value for the price. The vending machine selection is a matter of preference, but it would be even better if you could stock at least one type of sports drink (for hangover prevention).

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.
