Even though we made the Reservation on the same day, it was a truly wonderful Room! We were on a higher floor, and our child—who loves vehicles—was thrilled to be able to see trains and even airplanes from the Room. Breakfast also had a great variety, and we ended up eating a lot. We plan to stay here again when we visit Osaka.

The bath was wonderful. In the morning, you can really feel the planes taking off and landing—such a pleasant time for an aviation fan like me. The banana juice after the bath was delicious as well. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility is new and spotless, and the bathroom and bathtub are properly spacious. The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly visible from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat soup was delicious! They also served excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied. It’s a Business Hotel that could easily feel impersonal, but I discovered some great books at the library café at night, and the staff’s posted recommendations for local restaurants felt warm and welcoming. I often stay at Hotels that cost JPY 20,000–30,000 per night, but this place is more than good enough.

This is a very clean and well-maintained Hotel. It’s in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I was very satisfied. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was excellent—there was a great variety, including meat dishes, eel sushi, and plenty of desserts. The bath area was clean and the sauna was spacious, and being surrounded by lots of pigs made for a fun stay. The customer service was also very good, it’s close to Shin-Osaka Station, and I definitely want to come again!!

I stayed on the women-only floor on a weekday, and it was not crowded, which was great. The location is excellent—close to the station, with Yoshinoya, McDonald’s, and convenience stores nearby for added convenience. The Facility is new, and the floor was clean, making my stay comfortable. However, since women use shower rooms rather than bathrooms, I rated it 4 stars.

Not only is the Facility new, but it’s also impeccably clean, close to the station, and reasonably priced. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, and they will store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Looking at the details: a large TV, a large mirror, a spacious shower room with strong water pressure, an in-room safe, deodorizing spray, a suitcase rack, and stylish chairs that are comfortable to sit on. If I had to mention anything: the refrigerator is small and doesn’t get very cold, and the toilet bowl is on the smaller side. Overall, it’s almost too good—there aren’t many Business Hotels like this.

As the title suggests, the varied Japanese-style breakfast was very delicious. The Room was also clean, and the large public bath was a comfortable space.

I stayed here on a business trip. The service was excellent, and the Facility was clean, so I was very satisfied.

Check-in is automated, and you need to pick up amenities from the front desk, but staff are always there to assist with check-in, and security feels very solid. The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, plus there was a separate sofa and mini table, and plenty of power outlets. There are four wall-mounted hangers which is convenient, but there is no closet, so it may not suit guests with lots of clothes. A carry-on suitcase fit easily by the bedside. You can see the Hotel from the Shinkansen exit, and although the subway entrance has stairs, it’s right in front of the Hotel—very convenient. I’d like to stay again.

After a piano recital, it was getting late, so I stayed in Shin-Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still within an acceptable range. The Room was compact, and it was more than enough for me. In the morning, bread was provided; it was an easy-to-eat size and I appreciated being able to take it up to my Room. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. For this price, I have no complaints.

If you can find Shin-Osaka’s East Exit, it’s just a 1-minute walk away and great value for money. The building and Facility are old, but everything was well cleaned, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is provided, so there were no inconveniences, and there’s a convenience store next door—more than enough.

I arrived early and planned to just check in, leave my luggage, and head out, but I was pleasantly surprised that they guided me to my Room right away as it was already available. The front desk staff seemed a bit uncomfortable with Japanese, but it wasn’t enough to cause any real communication issues. I’m not sure if it was because I was on the executive floor, but having a water dispenser in each Room was also a nice touch. The Room felt a bit small for the price, but it was perfectly fine for a solo stay. Since the bathtub partition only covers about two-thirds of the tub, I worried that water from the shower might splash out. It might be better if the shower booth and bathtub were separated. The toothbrush had a wooden handle and very soft bristles, which wasn’t really to my liking. The breakfast buffet didn’t have an especially wide selection, but you order egg dishes and drinks first and they bring them to your table, so it was great not having to line up for an omelet. Check-out was also smooth: if there’s no payment due, you can simply drop the key card into a box. That said, access from the taxi drop-off area on the 1st floor to the front desk on the 2nd floor is somewhat inconvenient and hard to find. Also, I asked them to arrange a taxi, but it wasn’t clear how long I needed to wait, so that part didn’t feel very smooth. My schedule was hectic so I didn’t use the lounge this time, but it seems well regarded and I’d like to try it next time. Overall, it was a cozy yet comfortable stay—much better than the Hotel I stayed at in Osaka right before this—and I’d like to stay again.

The Room was spacious and clean, and the eco-friendly initiatives were thoughtfully implemented—just the right balance without being overdone—so I had a very comfortable stay with no inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious, but it was disappointing to find a large piece of trash on the floor by my seat. Still, it was a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

While the Hotel is undeniably old, the quality is very satisfying.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean, with an open and welcoming lobby. The room was spacious, well maintained, and felt very fresh and spotless. The Shuttle Service from Shin-Osaka Station was smooth and very convenient. I’d like to try the meals next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff during dinner. The chef's dishes and the patissier's desserts were very satisfying. If I may suggest an improvement, in the room for three people, setting up a sofa bed made it difficult to use the closet and safety box. While I appreciated that it was prepared in advance, this could be improved. Overall, the location was convenient with moderate traffic in the area and nearby convenience stores, making it friendly for us who traveled by car from out of town. Several international staff members were working as well, but all staff left a kind impression on me. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Osaka!
