This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean, with an open and welcoming lobby. The room was spacious, well maintained, and felt very fresh and spotless. The Shuttle Service from Shin-Osaka Station was smooth and very convenient. I’d like to try the meals next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

If you can find Shin-Osaka’s East Exit, it’s just a 1-minute walk away and great value for money. The building and Facility are old, but everything was well cleaned, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is provided, so there were no inconveniences, and there’s a convenience store next door—more than enough.

There was no hustle and bustle, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very at ease. Starting on July 4, due to various circumstances I stayed at two Hotels in Sakai City, and on the final day before returning home, my third stay was at New Osaka Hotel. It was the best of them all. It’s close to the station, and I was able to buy souvenirs at Shin-Osaka as well. I planned to have dinner at the station, but instead I bought a boxed meal there and enjoyed a relaxing meal back at the Hotel. At breakfast, they had Chinese rice porridge, so even when my tired body had little appetite, I could still eat. It was buffet-style with a solid variety of dishes, and I was able to eat well and head home feeling refreshed. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again. For me, it deserves full marks.

The front desk staff were kind and made me feel at ease. The Hotel was clean, and the Room was also spotless and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I felt it was a great-value Hotel.

I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Osaka. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station. They kindly lent me a charging cable I had accidentally forgotten, which was a big help. All the staff were very kind. The Room was excellent, and APA Hotels are consistently reliable and reassuring wherever you stay.

I found the location very convenient, close to the station. I appreciated being able to take amenities from the front desk. I was especially happy that the roomwear was a separate set. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. Thank you very much for even giving me a special birthday-month gift.

The Accommodation was very clean, and I had a comfortable, stress-free stay. It would be even better if disposable indoor slippers were provided. Since the Accommodation accepts group stays such as high school baseball teams, you may need to adjust meal times accordingly.

The Hotel is located near the station, and the location was excellent. The Hotel amenities were well provided, and the Room was clean. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were cheerful and spoke clearly. The amenities are minimal, but they provide tea, a comb, and other basics. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I had a comfortable stay. I was happy that the TV was large. Considering that breakfast is free, I have no complaints. There is only one side dish (kinpira burdock), but they also provide furikake seasoning. If they offered raw eggs instead of boiled eggs, I could have made rice with egg. There were two types of bread, which was nice. I also appreciated the apple juice and hope they keep offering it. It might be even better if they provided dried wakame seaweed next to the miso soup. Since it’s free, I’m satisfied as it is. The Hotel is fairly close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. I would like to stay again.

I felt the Facility was more than adequate. The amenities, Room cleanliness, and service were all fine with no particular issues. Since I was on the 11th floor, I was lucky to enjoy an open view from the window. There were two elevators, but they didn’t seem to be coordinated; several times, after pressing the button, the elevator on the opposite side passed my floor first. That was disappointing.

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design. For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together. The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay. The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! I needed to stay overnight with my son on short notice, so I looked for a twin room. It was No Meals Included, but we were more than satisfied. The bathroom is a unit bath, but it’s a newer type and slightly more spacious. There are convenience stores and AEON right in front of the property. There are several nearby parking lots, with a maximum fee of 600 yen. The staff were also kind.

It was very convenient, located just a short walk from the Shin-Osaka Station exit. Amenities are picked up at the front desk. Pajamas are not provided in the Room, so you will need to pick them up as well. The building faces the railway tracks, so you may occasionally hear train noise, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The Room has highly light-blocking blinds, so I was able to rest well until morning.

There is a large public bath, and I used it every day—it was excellent. As expected, the Room bath was too small and didn’t make me want to use it, so I chose this Hotel. It was the right choice. I was disappointed that there was no instant coffee among the amenities.

It was very convenient—close to Osaka Station, with a distinctive building that was easy to find, and there were convenience stores and cafés nearby. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and kept very tidy. I was able to relax comfortably until morning. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed here many times. I haven’t had any particularly bad experiences (sorry if that sounds a bit condescending) or anything unpleasant. It may vary by Room, but mine had a microwave (very handy) and a washing machine (it seems detergent is sold at the front desk). It was a loft-style Room with the ladder removed. (It didn’t feel run-down.) The Hotel’s design and layout are like the Rooms are arranged in a spiral, with a mysterious open atrium-like display space in the center—maybe they once planned to make it into a disco…? The building’s structure is unusual (in a good way). For meals, there’s a supermarket right across the street, and there are bento shops along the road, so it’s easy to heat up boxed meals in the microwave. I was able to relax normally. The Sunny Stone Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it ideal not only for business but also for trips around Osaka and the wider Kansai area. Being just one stop from Shin-Osaka Station, it felt like the easiest Hotel to reach.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

The service was courteous, the Facility was new, and it offered great value for the price. The vending machine selection is a matter of preference, but it would be even better if you could stock at least one type of sports drink (for hangover prevention).
