We have renovated a traditional "Kyo-machiya" that still remains in Kyoto. You can stay in this historic townhouse and experience a simulated lifestyle in Kyoto. This Property is the fourth dog-friendly Kyo-machiya in our series. We collaborated with companies that support our mission of "preserving machiya and Kyoto's landscape." The noren curtain was specially crafted using denim fabric from Okayama Prefecture by "CEUEU," and the furniture features products from the Italian furniture brand "Kartell." While the exterior retains the traditional look of a Kyo-machiya, the interior is modern and stylish, inspired by the image of a highland villa, offering a comfortable and chic Kyo-machiya experience. A 3-minute walk from Mibu-dera Temple in Kyoto, associated with the Shinsengumi. This is a whole rental Property renovated from a traditional Kyoto townhouse (Kyo-machiya) built in the early Showa period. The living room, with large windows facing the tsuboniwa (small garden), seamlessly connects to the wooden deck space of the outer veranda, creating a sense of unity between the inside and outside of the building. Shichijo Miyabi is a Property machiya accommodation that was renovated from a Kyoto machiya existing since Meiji 45 and opened on March 10, 2020. Incorporating Japanese modern elements into the traditional Kyoto machiya, it offers a space where tradition and modernity can be felt. Located near the recently popular Umekoji Park, it is close to Kyoto Station and conveniently situated for visiting famous Kyoto city attractions such as Kinkakuji, Gion, and Kiyomizudera from the Shichijo Omiya bus stop.

The interior features traditional and elegant design with large beams and antique fittings used throughout.
