It takes about 18 minutes on foot to reach Fushimi Inari Taisha via Takenoshita Path, a bamboo-lined trail inaccessible to cars. Along the way, you can visit famous power spots such as Fushimi Kamitaka Shrine, Kōbō Falls, Myōbūsha Shrine, and other mystical otsuka before arriving at the iconic Senbon Torii gates. From there, turning right leads you to Kumataka Shrine—Fushimi Inari Taisha’s top power spot—while turning left takes you in just one minute to Okusha Hohai-sho with its Omokaru Stone. Kumataka Shrine and Fushimi Kamitaka Shrine are two major power spots representing Mount Inari; we highly recommend visiting them.Additionally, our accommodation offers free parking facilities, making it an excellent base for sightseeing in Kyoto by car.
