From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—the elegant front desk staff and even a complimentary Room upgrade. The Room was more than clean enough, spacious, with a beautiful view, and the food was delicious. We were completely satisfied with everything! If we come to Shiga Prefecture again, we would definitely choose this Hotel.

We were amazed by the generous portions, and we’re glad we chose the boat-style sashimi platter. Everyone who assisted us was very pleasant, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. It was a little disappointing that the toilet’s bidet function wasn’t working and that the air conditioner didn’t reach the temperature we set.
