Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a fan trip. It was my first time traveling for an event and I was worried because I didn’t know the area, but the hotel was very close to the nearest station and easy to find. Getting around was convenient, there was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was a single Room, it was clean, more spacious than I expected, and comfortable. If I had to mention something, there wasn’t a mirror at the desk—only one in the bathroom and a full-length mirror near the entrance door—so it was inconvenient for doing makeup. Also, the pillow felt thinner and firmer than expected, so I would have preferred a slightly fuller pillow. If possible, I’d be happy if you could install a makeup mirror on the wall by the desk or make one available to borrow. Other than that, including the service, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

I stayed for two nights on the Imperial Floor, and since I love drinks, it was such a happy stay just thinking back on it! I thought I’d relax in my Room, but between the pool, gym, lounge, and exploring the Hotel, I was happily busy the whole time! I was a bit worried about whether we could truly enjoy our stay with a baby, but thanks to the support of everyone at the Hotel, we had a very meaningful time. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and we received plenty of amenities—absolutely satisfying. The skincare items were from a French brand and I really loved the scent. We were also given bath salts—such wonderful attention to detail! They smelled great as well. They immediately pushed the beds together to help prevent our baby from falling off, and they also prepared a high-quality crib and even a diaper disposal bin—I truly appreciated it all. At the lounge, we could enjoy alcohol at any time of day. The always-available sweets were all Hotel-made and delicious; I especially loved the truffle-flavored kaki no tane. The plated service was also excellent! The staff were easy to talk to, and even when I visited the lounge many times, they welcomed me warmly without making me feel like “Oh, you’re here again!”—which made me very happy. We couldn’t bring our baby into the lounge, but in its own way that felt like part of the experience too! It may feel less extensive compared with The Ritz-Carlton’s lounge, but it offered different kinds of enjoyment—and I left feeling completely happy. The pool and gym were authentic facilities and so much fun! Since I’m not used to gym equipment in everyday life, when I asked how to use it they explained everything kindly—it was very comfortable. Being able to use a golf driving range as well made it even more fulfilling! For breakfast we used Nadaman and Room Service—both were absolutely right choices! At Nadaman they provided rice porridge for our baby. With an outstanding view from our seats as well, it became a wonderful memory. Room Service let us enjoy breakfast elegantly in our spacious Room! Not having to move around adds an extra special feeling. After checkout we used the baby room facilities as well—they were extremely comfortable! We’re not experienced with things like diapers or preparing milk support services etc., so we ended up using it for quite a long time; they accommodated us kindly throughout and it truly warmed my heart. I had been anxious about whether we would be able to enjoy this stay at all—but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. We enjoyed every part of this Hotel more than enough! Thank you so much. My mother and I stayed for one night, and we were truly impressed by the Hotel staff’s courteous service from check-in to check-out. The Room was clean and comfortable, so we could relax, and the breakfast buffet offered many unique dishes—all of them were delicious. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

I was able to enjoy a relaxing time with the welcome café, the luxury room, and the Onsen sauna. It has great access to both Kyobashi and Osaka Castle—I didn’t realize it was this convenient, so I’ll be using it often from now on. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my daughter and grandchild. My grandchild lives in Osaka, so we invited them to stay with us. Thank you for a wonderful night—we had such a great time chatting until late.

Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. With the Plan including parking, I was able to check in with peace of mind. There’s nothing that can be done about it, but everything was perfect except for the squat-style toilet. Sorry—I’m not comfortable with squat toilets. In particular, the young woman at reception was very pleasant and incredibly soothing. I had a great check-in and check-out experience. Thank you so much!!

I was very satisfied with my stay again. They provided a spacious, clean Room and kindly accommodated requests such as adjusting the bedding. The ladies-only floor also felt very safe. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.

There were many great things about this place, but the staff’s service was especially excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay. At check-in, they handled the process efficiently, so I didn’t have to wait at all. During meals, they were very attentive, making it not only delicious but also a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Checked in after 9 PM due to work fatigue, but the reception was smooth, and they kindly lent me an additional hairdryer. (Since I have long hair, I wanted to dry it faster using two at the same time.) The room was clean, spacious as a twin room, and the amenities were great. I would love to stay again!

I stayed here to attend a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The Room was very clean and tidy. There’s a convenience store next door, it’s just a short walk from the station, and the station has an attached shopping mall, so it’s extremely convenient.\nI would like to stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. They were also flexible with the check-out time, which was very helpful. Communication was courteous and pleasant until the end, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you!

I chose it because it was close to the destination. From the lobby to the Room, it was neat and tidy without any extra items, which was nice. The bath was spacious and nice. I don't think the morning bread was handmade by a bakery(?), but there were croissants, pancakes, salad, and soup, which were quite filling. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again next time.

I always stay here. The front desk staff are kind and even looked after my luggage. It’s fine that the toilet is separate, but the bathroom is quite small, which is a drawback.

We stayed for two nights to cheer at our daughter’s tournament. It was close to the station and in a convenient location, which made getting around by subway very easy. The staff were all very kind. The Room was well equipped with a charger, and there were microwaves on each floor, so we were very satisfied with the Facility. In the morning, complimentary coffee (iced and hot) and corn tea were available in front of the front desk, which was a nice touch.
