Genji Kyoto is a boutique Hotel quietly situated along the Kamo River, which flows through the heart of Kyoto. The name "Genji Kyoto" is derived from the Rokujoin, featured in "The Tale of Genji," and the Kawarain, the villa of Minamoto no Toru, said to be its model.
