The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

We stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka. As it is a new Hotel, it was very clean, well located, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was also well cleaned, and the staff were excellent. The price was reasonable, and we are considering making this our regular place to stay. We will use it again on our next trip to Osaka.

I made a Reservation for a 2-night, 3-day stay for three relatives (a parent and child) who came all the way from Chiba to visit my mother’s grave after she passed away in April. They said the bath and meals were great, and that the curry was delicious too. However, since there was no Room for three people, I booked two Rooms. Even though I informed you in advance, the Rooms were too far apart, which was inconvenient and disappointing.

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and the staff provided even better support in advance than I expected. This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The Facility is old, but there are no strange odors, vibrations, or noise. The air conditioner is Daikin, the 4-outlet power strip is convenient, the refrigerator switch is on the front, the table is spacious, and the lighting has a remote control. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s comfortable and problem-free. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying—excellent value for money. There were many side dishes, divided into small bowls for easy serving and good hygiene. The curry udon was spicy (not sweet and thick), which was a big plus. Everyday ingredients like vegetables, dressings, and drinks were thoughtfully combined, and everything tasted great.

Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

A disability-friendly Facility with perfect barrier-free access. Automatic doors and a large elevator make it easy to use with a stroller. Direct access to the station, Takashimaya, and Panjo. The restaurant is open until 9:00 PM and the food is delicious. The front desk staff are also very kind. It’s such a wonderful Facility that I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. There are two buildings, the main building and an annex, and check-in was only available at one front desk. Also, it was stairs up to the 3rd floor. We were a family of four (a couple in our 40s and a child in their late teens), so the stairs and check-in were not an issue at all, but it may be a bit of a burden for elderly guests or those traveling with infants. The building feels old in places, but both the Room and the bath were spacious and clean, the futons were fluffy, and we were very satisfied. The changing area and sink area were also spacious, making our stay very comfortable. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

I missed the parking entrance and drove past it, but a staff member came out to guide me, and I was able to park safely. They even helped with parking the car. The Room was clean, and I especially liked how spacious the unit bath and toilet were. There is also a convenience store very close by, so the location was very convenient. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here because the location is convenient for traveling the next day. This was my second stay. The Room and bath are spacious, there’s a massage chair, plenty of amenities, and although simple, dinner and breakfast are included—plus all-you-can-drink beverages including alcohol. It’s amazing that you can stay on such a great Plan for around 6,000 yen. With Business Hotel rates rising, I really appreciate it.
