Osaka Sayama City Station × Top-Selling Stays in the Last 24 HoursHighly rated for rooms and amenities at Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

The hotel is comfortably pleasant and clean, so you can stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. If you’re coming from another prefecture to visit Suminoe Boat Race Track, it’s an ideal choice. There are many great places to eat nearby, and it also has easy access to the subway, making it a very convenient hotel to use.

I used this place for a business trip as I had some errands at Sakai City Hall. They accepted my luggage, allowing me to carry out my tasks smoothly. The bed was spacious, and the amenities included basic skincare products, which was helpful as I didn't have to bring extra items.

I visit this hotel to refresh myself on holidays. There are many commercial facilities near the hotel, including Starbucks and MUJI, as well as numerous delicious restaurants that locals love to frequent, all within walking distance. The hotel is directly connected to Sakai Sta

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

I stayed here because I had a concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. It was in a convenient location and easy to reach from the station without getting lost. The Hotel was clean overall, but there was one disappointing thing... The TV remote control was so dirty that I hesitated to touch it, and that was the only downside. The free massage chairs were perfect for relaxing my tired legs and lower back after the concert. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I will stay here again when there is another concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. I rated my satisfaction as 4, hoping for improvement with the remote control. Thank you.

The staff maintained an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness. While it's slightly far from the city center, overall, I was extremely satisfied—so much so that I wondered if it’s okay to stay here at this price point. I would definitely choose this place again for

Although it’s in Osaka, being on a mountain allowed me to hear cicadas like Tsukutsuku-boushi and Minmin-zemi after a long time, which brought back nostalgic memories and soothed my heart. The kaiseki meal I had been looking forward to was very delicious and met my expectations

The staff's response at both check-in and check-out was excellent, and the breakfast buffet ranks among the top in the hotels I've stayed at recently. The room was well-organized, and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bath also left my skin feeling s

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and the staff provided even better support in advance than I expected. This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

Everything was spotless. Even the remote control had been disinfected, which was excellent.

I slept on the bed and was able to sleep soundly until morning, which was great. Since it was a Plan with meals, I went to the venue and found a buffet style where I could serve myself, with a wide variety of delicious items that filled me up. What I particularly liked was th

I stayed for one night. They changed my Room from the one originally planned to a Room with a toilet and bath. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive service! I also received a free drink voucher for the restaurant on the first floor, and I really enjoyed a delicious mea

Automatic doors and a large elevator make it easy to use even with a stroller. Direct access to the station, Takashimaya, and Panjo. The restaurant is open until 9:00 PM and the food is delicious. The front desk staff are also very kind. It’s such a wonderful Facility that I almo

The amenities are well-equipped, and I felt it was a Hotel with excellent hospitality and cost performance. I would love to stay again.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. There are two buildings, the main building and an annex, and check-in was only available at one front desk. Also, it was stairs up to the 3rd floor. We were a family of four (a couple in our 40s and a child in their late teens), so the stairs and check-in were not an issue at all, but it may be a bit of a burden for elderly guests or those traveling with infants. The building feels old in places, but both the Room and the bath were spacious and clean, the futons were fluffy, and we were very satisfied. The changing area and sink area were also spacious, making our stay very comfortable. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we would definitely like to stay here again.

It is a small Hotel, but the Room was more spacious and cleaner than expected. The bathroom is a unit type, which felt a bit narrow and old.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!
