The staff were very courteous, which made me really happy, and when it started raining as I was about to go out, they immediately noticed my hesitation at the entrance and kindly offered me an umbrella. Thank you so much! It was really helpful! I would definitely like to stay at

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, so it's not much of a walk. The room was clean and not noisy, allowing for a restful sleep. The bathhouse was particularly good, allowing me to relax and sweat it out. There were also plenty of shops around the hotel for d

The room was clean, and there were two sinks and two toilets, which was very nice. According to the information I checked online beforehand, there were supposed to be no towels or toothbrushes, but they were actually provided. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was

Close to the station, good value for money, bath and shower available. Private room with TV, shared toilet with bidet. I had a comfortable stay for two days. If I had to say, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room.

Great value, good Facility, friendly service, and complimentary morning coffee—I've stayed here many times. If I had to mention one drawback, the shared refrigerator that guests can use for free sometimes has a rotten smell.

Because it is a little far from the station, this Hotel feels reasonably priced. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, the Facility is comfortable, and there is a convenience store nearby—an affordable Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Next time, I’d like to try the large public bath.

The free tea, coffee, and ice services, as well as the seasonal shaved ice service, were nice. The facility was clean, and I felt safe during my stay. The long table space on the first floor was also nice, but personally, I would have liked to have newspapers available. Because o

The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, allowing for a comfortable stay. Although I could hear snoring from the neighboring room, it was within an acceptable range as it's something that can happen to anyone. Considering the price, the amenities were well-provided, and

The bath is open until 11 PM, so I couldn't use it after dining and sightseeing in Shinsekai, but I was able to take a shower from 7 AM, so it was no problem even in summer. Above all, being able to use the air conditioning made it very comfortable to sleep, which was the best pa

The staff were incredibly courteous, which made for a pleasant experience. I was also delighted to meet the resident dog, Oreo. The latte art had me absolutely thrilled. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

There was a wide variety of alcohol, and we enjoyed making cream sodas with the available ice and soda water. Soft drinks and coffee were available for unlimited consumption 24 hours a day. You can also bring in your own food and drinks. We enjoyed the nearby Tamade supermarket a

It was a last-minute reservation, but I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The room is a simple Japanese-style room, but the sheets were clean, and although the toilet and bath were outside the room, they were well-maintained and comfortable. The accommodation staff are also kind. Toothbrushes and towels were provided, which was satisfying. I would like to use this accommodation again when I visit Osaka.

It was an accommodation with a very homely atmosphere, making me feel as if I had returned to a boarding house, especially with the room doors. The facility itself cannot be said to be new, but it gives the impression of being well-equipped, with USB charging available by the b

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

It’s a new Hotel, and everything was very clean. The staff were courteous at both check-in and check-out, and I had a comfortable stay overall. However, I went early in the morning, and the breakfast wasn’t very warm overall—that was my only slight disappointment.

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

We stayed as a family of four. Bath: Unit bath Toilet: Separate Room: Tatami Meals: None; breakfast available (we left early, so we didn’t eat). Overall, it was clean and good value for money. It felt like a business hotel for families! Since it’s on the street by Tsutenkaku, we were able to fully enjoy Osaka.

Close to the station and convenience store. The Room is clean. Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and slippers are provided. Breakfast was delicious. Even on the 8th floor, the shower had strong water pressure, and it was quiet without outside noise.

First of all, thank you for accommodating us so kindly even though we arrived before check-in time. We were able to spend our time quite comfortably, including the drink bar and breakfast. Initially, the air conditioning only blew warm air even when set to a stronger setting, and

I read in the reviews that there is only one large bath and the time is divided between men and women. I was worried I might not be able to use it, but I was glad I could. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, which was nice. The room was spacious, so I was able to sta
