We stayed here on a family trip with friends and kids! With so many play areas, a hot stone spa, breakfast and dinner buffets, late-night snacks, afternoon tea, karaoke, and a wide selection of amenities to choose from, every service was excellent and delicious. The staff were all very kind as well—this was one of the most satisfying trips we’ve ever had! We made the most of it from 12:00 to 14:00 the next day, but we still wished we could stay one more night. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

With direct access to department stores and restaurants, and more shopping Facilities just a short walk away, it’s perfect for picking up a few things and then relaxing in your Room at your own pace. No matter when you stay, you’ll have an amazing time—this is a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

The location was very convenient, close to every station, which was a great help. The Accommodation was clean, and the Room amenities were well stocked. The toiletries were also easy to use. Check-in and check-out can be done either at the front desk or via a machine, so everything is smooth. The elevator requires a guest card to access the upper floors, which provides good security. I had a very pleasant stay—thank you very much.

When I was having trouble using the check-in machine, a staff member kindly approached me and helped me check in smoothly. Since I was planning to leave early the next morning, I asked how to store my luggage at checkout, and they reassured me that they would be there in the morning as well, so I was able to check out very smoothly. The Room is compact and clean. Slippers and a robe are provided, so you can stay comfortably. There is no bathtub, but it’s recommended for those who just need a quick shower!

I was a bit worried since it’s basically unmanned, but the email communication was courteous and thorough. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a long bath. I think there were other guests based on the number of shoes at the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet. There are slippers (sandals) to get from the entrance to the Room, but if you’re concerned about hygiene, you might want to bring disposable slippers. Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here because I had a concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. It was in a convenient location and easy to reach from the station without getting lost. The Hotel was clean overall, but there was one disappointing thing... The TV remote control was so dirty that I hesitated to touch it, and that was the only downside. The free massage chairs were perfect for relaxing my tired legs and lower back after the concert. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I will stay here again when there is another concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. I rated my satisfaction as 4, hoping for improvement with the remote control. Thank you.

I stayed here for a concert trip. It was very reasonably priced, yet I had a private room, and the separate toilet and bath made it very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly and kindly explained everything in detail. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

My husband injured his leg, so we changed our booking from a twin to a double and extended our stay from one night to two. During our stay, his leg pain worsened, and when we called the reception, they arranged a taxi for us. They have eliminated unnecessary services and are a Hotel that responds to guests’ needs. We were very satisfied. We are truly grateful to all the staff. Thank you very much.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were very helpful, and when I returned the next day, I was happy to find fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. The bathroom was small, but I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

Directly connected to Tennoji Station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very friendly! The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well! One downside is that the elevator from the 2nd floor is extremely slow, so I recommend taking the Hotel’s dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.

It’s conveniently close to Sakaihigashi Station, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

Located in the heart of Shinsekai, it was very convenient and I was very satisfied. I would have preferred a slightly larger toilet, but the value for money is excellent. I would like to stay again.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are always pleasant, no matter who is on duty. They are exceptionally courteous—more so than at most other hotels. This time, the large public bath was at the neighboring hotel, but for some reason very hot water kept pouring in nonstop, making it too hot to get into the tub. Could it have been a prank by another guest... Other than that, the service is great, towels are available to use now, and the toilets are always kept clean and comfortable.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.
