The lobby, designed with the concept of being a "connection point between locals and guests," is inspired by a forest and features an abundance of greenery. The Hotel offers 90 guest rooms, all with a Japanese-style interior emphasizing wood as the main element. The rooms are designed to provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. At DiningEMI, we focus on local production for local consumption, using locally sourced ingredients and seasonings to showcase Mie’s culinary culture, from signature dishes to traditional local cuisine. At the restaurant Kurogane, we use ingredients from Mie to create innovative French-based courses with a free-spirited approach. The Hotel's large public bath is designed with traditional Japanese colors such as sumi (charcoal) and wood tones, featuring an open-air bath with a panoramic view of Ise Bay, as well as a sauna and cold bath.
