At DiningEMI, we focus on local production for local consumption, using locally sourced ingredients and seasonings to showcase Mie’s culinary culture, from signature dishes to traditional local cuisine. At the restaurant Kurogane, we use ingredients from Mie to create innovative French-based courses with a free-spirited approach. The Hotel's large public bath is designed with traditional Japanese colors such as sumi (charcoal) and wood tones, featuring an open-air bath with a panoramic view of Ise Bay, as well as a sauna and cold bath.
