The front desk staff and the restaurant staff at breakfast were all friendly and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay. The Room was compact but spotless, and my family was delighted that the artificial Onsen left their skin feeling smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful services such as coffee, ice pops after bathing, and body wipes to help with the heat. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

All the Hotel staff were very friendly, and I felt warmly welcomed. I didn’t use the private bath, so I’m giving it 4 stars. The Room was spacious and had been renovated, so it was comfortable. There are only a few parking spaces, and it was inconvenient having to park on the rooftop of the neighboring supermarket. Although it feels a bit old, overall I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I used the sauna, Onsen, breakfast, and more, and they helped me relax and recover from fatigue. During the busy evening hours, I noticed the floor in the men’s changing room was dirty, so it might be good to increase cleaning frequency during peak times. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there’s no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I really appreciated those small, thoughtful gestures. It didn’t feel brand-new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

This was our second visit, and we had a wonderful, very satisfying 1-night, 2-day stay! We’ve stayed at many Hotels across Hokkaido, Kanto, and Kansai with children aged 0–5, and among family-friendly Accommodations, this is by far our favorite Hotel. We visit around our child’s birthday, and we really appreciate the many perks that make kids happy. The food is also delicious. The only minor concern is that when traveling with children, bath times tend to overlap with other families, so it can get crowded. We’d love to stay again next year.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

Conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I usually only need basic facilities for sleeping, but they offered unlimited welcome drinks and even a free breakfast, so I was very satisfied with the unbeatable price. The staff were also kind. It was my first time stopping by Tsu, and it was a nice, compact city. Finding such a good Hotel made this trip even more enjoyable.

Stayed here when visiting Suzuka Circuit. There is a FamilyMart next door, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained.

The location and services were great, but the only downside was that the connecting path between the annex and the main building was outdoors. Since it was a cold day when I stayed, I had to walk through the outdoor path to reach the men's public bath in the main building from the annex, which was especially disappointing due to bad weather.

Whenever I go to Suzuka Circuit to watch Super Formula, I always stay here. Thank you as always!

Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

This was a business trip. I was greeted and seen off with a smile every day, which always made it pleasant to start work. Thank you.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter—three of us. The front desk staff were very kind and listened with a warm smile to my 6-year-old granddaughter’s little stories, which made our stay truly enjoyable. It was a wonderful trip.

We stayed comfortably with three people. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, and we were very satisfied. Dinner was no problem at all, as AEON Mall is a 5-minute walk away.\nThe large public bath was clean. It wasn’t very big, but it was well maintained.

Reserved a one-night stay with no meals included for watching the Suzuka Circuit. The accommodation was new, clean, and very comfortable. It was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Appreciated the disposable slippers provided.

It may feel lacking if you expect a City Hotel, but as a Business Hotel, it was more than sufficient. The bathroom in the Room has been renovated and is clean, and the air conditioning can be individually adjusted to your preferred temperature, which was great. Thanks to the Airweave mattress, I slept soundly—though it might have been because I was tired. The large public bath was well-equipped and enjoyable. Please note that the Room does not provide skincare products like lotion or pajamas such as yukata or gowns, so bring what you need if necessary.
