A friend told me last year that the Suzuka Circuit pool was great, so we stayed thinking we’d be tired after spending the day at the pool. The Hotel is conveniently located—it's close from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are shuttle buses inside, so it’s easy to get to the baths, restaurants, and front desk. The pool itself was excellent, with a variety of areas for everyone from small children to adults, and there are plenty of shops as well. The staff were also very helpful. We even bought tickets again the next day and went around the attractions. Our child will be three next year, so we’d like to come back again.

The added value is high in every detail. The selection of pillows, the provision of personal slippers and in-house slippers (with insoles), plastic bags for the hot springs, a wide variety of rental items, coffee service, and all the added values found in various hotels are all p

The view was great, it was spacious and open, the bathroom was clean and large, and the location was excellent. The breakfast, which included a one-plate serving of chicken, fish, and curry, was all very delicious and I was extremely satisfied. The front desk staff and the br

Dormy Inn is my sixth stay. I liked the large public bath, but at every Dormy Inn, I ended up sharing it with overseas guests who didn't know the bath etiquette, so although it's not the hotel's fault, I started to avoid it. This time, it was my first Dormy Inn stay in a whil

It was a reservation during Golden Week, so the hotel was nearly fully booked, but I was able to use the private bath at just the right timing. The next morning, I also used the large public bath, which was clean and relaxing. The breakfast had a limited selection but was delic

Drinks come in many varieties too—including two types of smoothies that you can enjoy as much as you'd like! The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The staff also maintain just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

Stayed here when visiting Suzuka Circuit. There is a FamilyMart next door, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained.

As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently in the future and would like to make this his first choice fo

It was spacious and comfortable. It was also nice that the Room's toilet and bath were separate. The pajamas with pants were comfortable for sleeping. The Facility had a large public bath, open-air bath, and sauna, which were pleasant. There was no parking lot, so we parked at th

The atmosphere was warm and very comfortable at the Hotel. The building seemed old, but it was well-cleaned and very pleasant to stay in. I used it for a business trip and was alone, but there were many restaurants around, which was convenient. For breakfast, I had long-l

The staff at the reception were friendly and polite, which made us feel at ease during our stay. Although we hadn’t planned to include breakfast initially, it looked delicious so we decided to add it last minute—and it turned out to be excellent! Both adults and children were v

All front desk and restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming, providing warm hospitality. Breakfast was buffet-style with a modest selection, but the offerings changed slightly each day so it never felt repetitive. The house special curry is delicious—highly recommended. Ov

The room was amazing. The breakfast was also very delicious. However, I was surprised by the step at the entrance of the bathroom in the room. Its proximity to Shirako Station is very convenient. I highly recommend staying at Shirako Storia Hotel. It's a top choice! The front d

This was my first time staying at Grand Mercure, and both my friend and I were simply amazed by the level of service. After 3:00 PM, the welcome drink bar was almost full, with a great variety of snacks, and drinks ranging from wine and sparkling wine to beer and highballs—we wer

I stayed in a twin Room. As the title suggests, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The floor was not carpeted but had a tatami-style design, allowing me to relax without shoes. The only downside was the lack of a large public bath like nearby Hotels, but the Room was

Although it was fully booked with many guests, the food was very delicious. The bath had very good water and I could warm up thoroughly. There are many restaurants nearby, but the Hotel was very quiet and I slept well. I would like to use this Hotel again next time. Thank you ver

We stayed comfortably with three people. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, and we were very satisfied. Dinner was no problem at all, as AEON Mall is a 5-minute walk away.\nThe large public bath was clean. It wasn’t very big, but it was well maintained.

The front desk was very considerate, and they accommodated a room change a day in advance, allowing for a pleasant stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

Unbelievably affordable for this day and age! I wasn’t expecting much, but I was glad to find a very clean Room. Plus, there was complimentary drinks and bread at check-in. The Room itself is small, but since I was traveling alone it wasn’t an issue. I slept soundly at night. I’d like to stay here again next year when attending an event at Suzuka Circuit.

I stayed here for an event at Suzuka Circuit, and it was a good choice since it’s relatively close. It’s also reasonably priced. When the TV remote wasn’t working properly, I called the front desk and they responded right away.
