This was my first time staying here. There is also an underground parking lot, and the Room amenities were well stocked. I was very satisfied with the coffee machine and the complimentary drinking water. The breakfast buffet also included an egg station, and everything was delicious. I will stay here again when I return home. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but when I contacted them, they changed it right away. They also listened to my Room preferences, which made me very happy. I’m planning to stay again in July, so I look forward to it.

Stayed here when visiting Suzuka Circuit. There is a FamilyMart next door, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained.

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

The Room was spacious, clean, and excellent.

The Facility is not the newest, but it has been renovated, kept very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The amenities were also well stocked, and there were even bath salts in the Room, which made the stay very comfortable. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is another big plus.

This was my second stay. Just like last time, the parking staff were efficient, check-in was stress-free, and we enjoyed the welcome mineral water and jelly. This time I used the Onsen and the shower. The Onsen was very clean! And it was my first time seeing a shower room like the one in the Room—there was a place to sit, which made it very comfortable. The after-bath ice cream and the breakfast buffet were great, and all the food was absolutely delicious. I also requested an extra pillow and slippers, and they kindly brought them to my Room. It truly became a wonderful trip. The staff provided excellent service, and their kindness really came through. We’re planning another trip to Universal at the end of the year, so I’d like to stay one night on our way back. Thank you very much.

Since we had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, the parking lot was far away and it was difficult. We also had to make the sheets on the bunk bed ourselves, so checking in late at night and doing that was tough, and I didn’t have the energy to go to the large public bath (lol). However, we were very satisfied with breakfast and the early-morning bath in the large public bath. It completely washed away our fatigue from the night before. Next time, since we will have a Child Sharing Existing Bedding again, I would like to request parking closer to the Hotel. Thank you for your kind support.

The most affordable Hotel in the area, yet the quality is excellent. The Room is spacious, the bed size is more than sufficient, and of course it is kept very clean. The large public bath is also spacious, clean, and more than adequate. The only drawback is that the air conditioner seems old and can be a bit noisy.

I needed a place to park my car until after 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure due to work, and they let me park for free. It was a huge help. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee service and the treatment buffet (?)—both were great perks. There are still many things I didn’t get to fully enjoy, such as the relaxation area and the breakfast buffet, so I’d like to try the services I missed next time. For some reason, the washlet didn’t work, so I deducted one star from the Facility rating.

This was a business trip. I was greeted and seen off with a smile every day, which always made it pleasant to start work. Thank you.

I made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but it was very comfortable thanks to the air purifier and the ability to ventilate. The front desk staff were also very courteous. I had heard in advance that the building was a bit old, but the Room itself was clean, and I would like to stay here again.

This is my third stay. It’s the only spacious Room on the top floor, and I really appreciate that it can be booked even for two guests when available. I especially like how bright the Room is for a Western-style room, and that I can relax on the sofa. It’s so comfortable that I could spend all day here, so a Multiple Night Stay is recommended. It’s also wonderful to be able to have rice with raw egg for breakfast.

It said the Accommodation manual would be emailed after making a Reservation, but I never received any message. Since I could Check Reservation and knew the location, I assumed it would be fine and didn’t contact them until just before check-in (I forgot). When I remembered shortly before arriving, I called—nervous because it was during the Golden Week holidays—but they responded right away via LINE, and everything worked out. The house has been nicely renovated. There were some stains and tears in parts of the wallpaper, but it didn’t bother me much and we stayed comfortably. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery, as well as pots and pans, plus a microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, and electric kettle—great for longer stays! Laundry detergent was provided, and there was also a drying rack/stand, which was very helpful. On the downside, the parking area is hard to enter, and since we arrived on a night with heavy rain, it was difficult to find at first. I’d like to stay again if I have another chance!

We stayed comfortably with three people. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, and we were very satisfied. Dinner was no problem at all, as AEON Mall is a 5-minute walk away.\nThe large public bath was clean. It wasn’t very big, but it was well maintained.
