This was my first time staying here. There is also an underground parking lot, and the Room amenities were well stocked. I was very satisfied with the coffee machine and the complimentary drinking water. The breakfast buffet also included an egg station, and everything was delicious. I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

I’ve stayed at all the Hotels in Kuwana. With many places no longer offering a breakfast buffet since COVID, I really appreciate Station Hotel Kuwana for continuing to do so. The food was very delicious (though the dinner rolls were a bit dry). The Room was also thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. However, the Room temperature wouldn’t go down, and the air purifier instructions were hard to understand. I was very happy that they provided one regular coffee pack and one bottle of mineral water. The staff also greeted me every time I came and went with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which left a great impression. For this price so close to the station, I’ve decided this will be my only choice from now on.

The Facility is not the newest, but it has been renovated, kept very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The amenities were also well stocked, and there were even bath salts in the Room, which made the stay very comfortable. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is another big plus.

Since we had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, the parking lot was far away and it was difficult. We also had to make the sheets on the bunk bed ourselves, so checking in late at night and doing that was tough, and I didn’t have the energy to go to the large public bath (lol). However, we were very satisfied with breakfast and the early-morning bath in the large public bath. It completely washed away our fatigue from the night before. Next time, since we will have a Child Sharing Existing Bedding again, I would like to request parking closer to the Hotel. Thank you for your kind support.

The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Just like last time, the parking staff were efficient, check-in was stress-free, and we enjoyed the welcome mineral water and jelly. This time I used the Onsen and the shower. The Onsen was very clean! And it was my first time seeing a shower room like the one in the Room—there was a place to sit, which made it very comfortable. The after-bath ice cream and the breakfast buffet were great, and all the food was absolutely delicious. I also requested an extra pillow and slippers, and they kindly brought them to my Room. It truly became a wonderful trip. The staff provided excellent service, and their kindness really came through. We’re planning another trip to Universal at the end of the year, so I’d like to stay one night on our way back. Thank you very much.

This is my third stay. It’s the only spacious Room on the top floor, and I really appreciate that it can be booked even for two guests when available. I especially like how bright the Room is for a Western-style room, and that I can relax on the sofa. It’s so comfortable that I could spend all day here, so a Multiple Night Stay is recommended. It’s also wonderful to be able to have rice with raw egg for breakfast.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I needed a place to park my car until after 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure due to work, and they let me park for free. It was a huge help. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee service and the treatment buffet (?)—both were great perks. There are still many things I didn’t get to fully enjoy, such as the relaxation area and the breakfast buffet, so I’d like to try the services I missed next time. For some reason, the washlet didn’t work, so I deducted one star from the Facility rating.

I used this place after a long time. It is sufficient for business use. Mobile charging cables are provided, including Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Sharp smartphones, and Micro USB for power banks. It's not a big issue, but the USB port on the bedside was damaged, so I couldn't charge my phone while using it in bed.

The Room itself is compact, but it is ingeniously designed to be comfortable and convenient, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant 2-night stay. At the front desk, you can choose your pillow and sleepwear, and even enjoy a welcome drink at your leisure, making it a truly satisfying experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and I would like to use this service again.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.
