I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

Although the parking lot is a bit far, considering the accommodation rate, this is a very reasonably priced and pleasant Accommodation.

It was our first time visiting LEGOLAND, and we stayed at the LEGOLAND Hotel. The interior was so cute, and the kids were thrilled. It seemed perfect for our two boys (2nd grade and kindergarten). They want to see a different Room next time, and they’re already making plans for our next trip. All the staff were kind, and we had a very pleasant stay. If I had one wish, it would be nice if even the standard Rooms had a separate bath and toilet. We’d love to come again!

I stayed here after an event at Kaki-yasu Hall. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

Your flexibility and kindness in handling shuttle service and even accepting luggage in advance were incredibly helpful, and I am deeply grateful. Unlike typical apartment-style accommodations without a front desk or staff available at all times, this place offers rare 24-hour support, which was very helpful. (We also appreciated the assistance when our Reservation was not completed due to our mistake.) The Room was spacious and very functional. The separate toilet and bath were convenient, and the bathroom itself was large. It would have been even better if two bath salts were provided, if possible. Additionally, having a luggage stand might make it easier for elderly guests to handle their belongings. Thank you very much!

The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

I used this place after a long time. It is sufficient for business use. Mobile charging cables are provided, including Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Sharp smartphones, and Micro USB for power banks. It's not a big issue, but the USB port on the bedside was damaged, so I couldn't charge my phone while using it in bed.

This was my third stay. This time, there was a Shuttle Service for the first time, and instead of walking back and forth from Nagashima Spa Land carrying heavy luggage as I had before, I was able to use the Shuttle Service, which made things much easier. When there are many guests, the walls are thin, so I sometimes couldn’t sleep because I could hear conversations and doors opening and closing. However, on the day I stayed this time there were fewer guests, so it was quiet and comfortable. Since I don’t have a car, I can’t go to the main building, but they always provide complimentary breakfast bread and canned coffee each time, which I’m happy with.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

It is understandable to have a security camera outside the entrance, but having one inside the entrance feels unnecessary, especially since the washroom is adjacent to the entrance and guests might walk around in pajamas. The accommodation is next to a residential house, so it doesn't provide a resort-like atmosphere. It feels more like returning to your family home. It takes over 5 minutes to get to Nagashima Resort, but this is within an acceptable range. I appreciated that towels were set in the toilet and each person was provided with two face towels. It would be even better if there were pre-set towels in the kitchen as well.
