Kintetsu Yatomi Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

The Room was clean and nice. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, but I would have liked sausages.

The decorations were adorable and made us so excited! Staying here with my family became an amazing memory! We’d love to stay again!

Breakfast is excellent. The cereal was especially delicious. What do you use for it? I’d love to know.

I stayed here after an event at Kaki-yasu Hall. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed with my parents and one other person (three of us in total). It’s about 800 meters from the station—fine for me, but since my parents are elderly, we took a taxi. There aren’t many convenience stores or shops nearby, but you can find everything around the station area. The front desk staff were foreign and handled things in a businesslike manner. The Room was very spacious, and the TV area and bathroom were also large and comfortable. Check-out was at 10:00, so I wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of five. Feeling uncertain about the location, we arrived in Nagoya early and went to check it out. By chance, we met a cleaning staff member who kindly spoke to us. After explaining that we came for a preview, they informed the team and later contacted us saying, "The room is ready, so you can come anytime." Thank you very much for your kind response. The Room was very clean and spacious enough for five people to relax comfortably.

Despite my oversight in not checking the email, I truly appreciate your prompt response on the day of contact! Your flexibility and kindness in handling shuttle service and even accepting luggage in advance were incredibly helpful, and I am deeply grateful. We stayed here with five women for an offline meetup. This Accommodation truly offers thoughtful, attentive hospitality. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, the Facility is well equipped, and everything feels very clean. We enjoyed easily cooking the ingredients we brought and choosing our own “personal” mug from the cute set with 12 monthly designs. We had a wonderful time. The bathroom and changing area are also large and easy to use, and even the hair dryer and shower head are beauty-focused items. With plenty of mirrors and sinks, it was especially convenient for a group of women. When one of our group started feeling unwell, they kindly brought a thermometer and cooling gel sheets right away despite it being early in the morning. (She recovered quickly!) If we have another gathering in Nagoya, we would definitely like to stay here again.

There were a hammock and beanbag cushions, and even our 3-month-old baby had a great time. It was a hot summer day, but the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief. Also, since there was no TV, it was easy to do a digital detox. There were several board games such as The Game of Life. We weren’t sure if we were allowed to use them, so we didn’t touch them, but they could be fun for families. The breakfast pancakes made with mochi wheat were delicious. However, since it’s an attic space, the stairs were steep. It was tough going up while holding our 3-month-old baby.

Everything was excellent.

We stayed as a family of five for two nights. Since it was a whole house rental, we were able to relax without any worries. The place was not only clean but also well-equipped with kitchen utensils, plenty of tea and coffee, a Dyson hairdryer, floor heating, and bicycles—all of which were excellent. The washing machine, gas dryer, and bathroom drying function were especially appreciated; we used them multiple times. Thanks to these amenities, there was no hassle with laundry after returning home—we remained comfortable even after our stay!

Unlike typical apartment-style accommodations without a front desk or staff available at all times, this place offers rare 24-hour support, which was very helpful. (We also appreciated the assistance when our Reservation was not completed due to our mistake.) The Room was spacious and very functional. The separate toilet and bath were convenient, and the bathroom itself was large. It would have been even better if two bath salts were provided, if possible. Additionally, having a luggage stand might make it easier for elderly guests to handle their belongings. Thank you very much!

They kindly helped us by telling us the best spots to view the Nagashima fireworks festival and even provided services that weren’t originally listed here. We were very satisfied—not only with our time in Nagashima, but also with the hospitality!

The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and because a bed felt unsafe due to the risk of falling, we looked for a Hotel with a Japanese-style Room but couldn’t find one. We chose this place because it offers a flat, tatami-style Room where you sleep on futons laid out on the floor. The Room was spacious, so we felt comfortable even when our child was excited and running around. For breakfast, we made an advance Reservation and enjoyed delicious waffles at the café. There was no bathtub—only a shower room—but prioritizing our child’s safety, it wasn’t an issue. The next day we visited the Anpanman Museum, which was about 15 minutes away by car. We would love to stay here again.
