The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

We stayed here with five women for an offline meetup. This Accommodation truly offers thoughtful, attentive hospitality. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, the Facility is well equipped, and everything feels very clean. We enjoyed easily cooking the ingredients we brought and choosing our own “personal” mug from the cute set with 12 monthly designs. We had a wonderful time. The bathroom and changing area are also large and easy to use, and even the hair dryer and shower head are beauty-focused items. With plenty of mirrors and sinks, it was especially convenient for a group of women. When one of our group started feeling unwell, they kindly brought a thermometer and cooling gel sheets right away despite it being early in the morning. (She recovered quickly!) If we have another gathering in Nagoya, we would definitely like to stay here again.

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, so I hardly needed to bring anything except underwear, and I was able to stay for two nights with just a small bag. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no housekeeping service, but if you leave your used towels outside the door, they will be exchanged for fresh ones, which was convenient because I could go out without packing up my belongings. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it was very quiet and I slept well. It would have been even better if there were a convenience store nearby. I will use it again when I visit Nagoya, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Nagoya.

This was my first stay. Starting with the welcome drink service, the Onsen had silky-smooth water, and I appreciated being able to choose pajamas and a pillow. Breakfast was also delicious. Everything was excellent. I felt refreshed and was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a family. While some parts of the Facility feel a bit dated, it was within our expectations. The price was very reasonable for this location, which really helped. Breakfast was delicious, and there is also a private bath, making it a great Hotel for families. We would like to stay again. The female staff member at the front desk provided perfect service at check-in. It was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is my favorite hotel. There is only one elevator, and around the 10 AM checkout time, many guests use it at once. I had to let it pass three times before I could get on. If it hadn't been raining heavily, I might have been able to use the outdoor emergency stairs.

There is another LiVEMAX near Kanayama in Otobashi, and the rates are different, so I will use the cheaper one.

I was a little worried because the price was low, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby ranging from upscale to casual, which was very convenient. Since it’s one street off the main road, it’s quiet and nice. The Room, including the bathroom, is new and clean. The sink basin is large, and the Mirable shower is easy to use. Being able to choose a pillow is great. The bed is a Serta semi-double and very comfortable.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live performance at the Arts Theater. I was impressed by the sense of openness from the entrance and the spacious lobby. The Room was kept very clean. While it did feel a bit historic, it was spacious enough for my wife and me to relax comfortably. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Arts Theater, close to Sakae Station, and surrounded by many convenience stores, making it very convenient. At night, the area had a bit of an entertainment-district atmosphere, but once inside the Hotel it was quiet and I didn’t notice any noise at all. I also appreciated that the on-site parking accommodates both standard-sized cars and SUVs—very helpful for me as an SUV driver. My wife also mentioned that having an anti-fog section on part of the mirror in the unit bath was a thoughtful touch that women especially appreciate. I would like to stay here again.

I chose to stay at this Hotel for its location and price. The location was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk from an exit of the Nagoya Station underground mall. There was major construction for the linear motor train right in front, but the noise didn’t bother me much. Some Reviews made me feel uneasy, but none of those issues concerned me at all. If I had to mention one thing, I was told in advance that the requested items would be prepared in my Room, but they were completely overlooked. I received a call just before checkout, but it was too late by then. I would stay here again.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

The clean Room and smooth check-in process were great. You can enjoy Ramen Ichiran during breakfast hours (7:00-10:00). (Unfortunately, I couldn't try it this time due to timing.) Above all, the location is excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

I stayed here during a solo trip. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a lovely space—clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff in the shared area chatted with me a lot, which made me really happy. It’s my best memory from the trip. I’ll be back. Thank you!

I used this place after a long time. It is sufficient for business use. Mobile charging cables are provided, including Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Sharp smartphones, and Micro USB for power banks. It's not a big issue, but the USB port on the bedside was damaged, so I couldn't charge my phone while using it in bed.
