I had a very pleasant stay. When I asked to have my luggage shipped home at check-out, the front desk staff were extremely polite and kind, so I felt at ease leaving my bags with them and was able to enjoy my trip comfortably. Thank you very much. I was also surprised that the sa

All the front desk staff were cheerful and wonderful! The Hotel and the room were clean and hygienic, so I felt comfortable staying there. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay at APA Hotel again.

This time, when I went to drop off my luggage, they kindly allowed me to check in early. Although it wasn’t yet time to enter the Room, they willingly stored my large amount of luggage after several trips back and forth. I truly appreciate their kindness. I will definitely sta

Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another staff member right nearby, saying things like “I’

It was my first time staying here, and it was very comfortable! It’s close to the Shinkansen exit, and there are convenience stores, places to eat, and electronics shops all nearby, so you won’t have any trouble. The bath was also spacious for this type of Accommodation and easy

I was happy to find chicken wings at the breakfast buffet, and it was great that Noritake Garden was within walking distance. One small point: when I tried to enter from the main street, I was surprised by the large step at the entrance—it felt like “heave-ho” to get in. Later,

The amenities, welcome drink, and comic selection were excellent, making our stay more comfortable than expected. We also appreciated the dashi broth we received at check-in. One of the beds in the triple room was an extra bed and a bit soft, but we slept fine with no issues.

There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was great. I stayed in a single Room, and although I was bothered by noise from the neighboring Room, I think it’s a suitable Hotel for a one-night stay. I would like to use it again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you

For those who find walking difficult, there is a loop bus stop on the hotel's first floor, and rental bicycles are available nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was clean, and I am very satisfied with my stay. Since there is a fir

Affordable price,\nconveniently located near the station with plenty of amenities nearby.\nIf you just need a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient.\nThe only downside was that the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The price was very reasonable for the stay, offering great value for money. The room was more spacious than expected, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a large bathtub that allowed me to relax comfortably. It’s been a while since I’ve found a hotel I really like

I was surprised to find an English map of the area around the Hotel! The location is convenient—about a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Marununouchi Station—but since it’s a business district, there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Dinner within walking distance might be difficult.

- The front desk, floors, and rooms are all clean and comfortable. - Staff members are polite and attentive. - Separate bath/toilet with a mini kitchen (IH stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, kettle, refrigerator/freezer). - Laundry facilities available (washing machine/de

In the morning, we were even provided shuttle service to the amusement park and bus stop, allowing us to fully enjoy two days and making it a very satisfying trip. It was our first time using a guesthouse, and both the parents and children had a great experience. We will defi

The cleaning was thorough and it was clean. I thought the breakfast could be improved a bit more if it's paid. If you want to drink something specific at the welcome bar, it's better to go early! Bringing your own snacks might make it more enjoyable. I will use it again if

I was a little worried because the price was low, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby ranging from upscale to casual, which was very convenient. Since it’s one street off the main road, it’s quiet and nice. The Room, including the bathroom, is new and clean. The sink basin is large, and the Mirable shower is easy to use. Being able to choose a pillow is great. The bed is a Serta semi-double and very comfortable.

It was a very nice Accommodation. The Onsen is free-flowing from the source—excellent. The sauna is medium temperature. The mats are clean—excellent. The cold bath is quite lukewarm—not so great. Since day visitors also use the Onsen, there are no amenities like lotion. Please br

The female staff member at the front desk provided perfect service at check-in. It was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The Wi‑Fi on the floor I stayed on didn’t work, so I had to connect to the Wi‑Fi one floor below, and the connection was weak. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else. I’d like to stay again.
