This was our second stay, and we had a very comfortable time. We would love to stay again next time.

Thank you for placing me on the women-only floor, which made me feel safe. A clean Room, and the amenities were well stocked. The coffee was also delicious. It was a shame the bathroom was small, but it was clean. What disappointed me was that the hair iron in the Room was broken. If you’re visiting Misonoza, it’s in a perfect location. Thank you for the 14th floor with a great view.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

This was my first stay. The room was clean, and the large public bath helped me relax and recover from fatigue.

A welcome drink was provided. You could choose any one drink you liked. I've never seen such a service before. The staff who assisted us were very kind. I'm glad I stayed here!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

Conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, making it comfortable to stay.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

I had wanted to stay at a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was satisfied this time. The gentle hot water and the delicious breakfast were great. However, the front desk staff felt rather unfriendly.

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. It is within walking distance from Nagoya Station. I found it to be very cost-effective.

The best thing about Kuretake Inn is the bed size—it's a comfortable double (W) size.\nThis Nagoya Minami location also stands out for its wide variety of breakfast items. The signature Japanese-style selection is especially impressive—there are so many simmered dishes alone that they can fill a plate. A major advantage over other chain business hotels!\nUnfortunately, the large public bath is more like a medium-sized bath due to space limitations. However, you can check how crowded it is from your Room.

The Room was clean and nice. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, but I would have liked sausages.

I often stay here for business, and the check-in and check-out times fit my schedule perfectly, allowing me to plan my work appointments with plenty of time—this is always a great help. No matter how many times I stay, the Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant whenever I visit, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I have stayed five times, and it is a Hotel that satisfies me every time. I would like to stay again on my business trip next month.

This was my first time staying here. I had wanted to stay for a while, but never had the chance until now, and I was finally able to do so. Check-in was via a self-service machine, but a staff member explained everything and it went smoothly. Thank you as well for your courteous guidance afterward. Whenever I went out or came back, the staff always greeted me, and I was impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you very much for arranging such a nice Room; thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again—thank you in advance.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back.
