Thank you, as always, for a wonderful stay experience. With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. It had been a while since my last visit, and the first floor had been renovated—the front desk and restaurant were both beautifully refreshed. It was lively over the weekend, but the 4th-floor guest room level was calm, so I could relax. The complimentary cold mineral water and hand towel were especially appreciated in the heat!

The meals are excellent in both quality and quantity—I was completely satisfied. A bath you can use all night. A charming, traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it’s almost a straight walk from the station.
