Overall, I am satisfied with the Hotel. It would be even better if the large public bath could also be used the following morning. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety for a free service, and refills were provided promptly, which I appreciated.

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

Despite its name, this is a very ordinary Hotel. Since there is no staff at the front desk, it may be a good choice for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The services are neither particularly good nor bad. The biggest advantage of this Hotel is that you can stay at a low price despite its convenient location.

The staff were very attentive, and the Facility, Hotel, and Room were all clean and extremely comfortable.

It was very comfortable. It’s definitely small, but if you’re just taking a bath and sleeping, it’s great value for money and more than enough. Being able to stretch out in the bathtub was the best. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom is also good. If I had one complaint: for a solo stay it feels secure, but when staying with two people, we sometimes wanted to go downstairs to get drinks. Since there is only one Room key, you have to remove the key before you can use the elevator and return to the Room, which was inconvenient. The morning bread and coffee were delicious, so everything else was perfect.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

I was glad that the toilet and bath were separate. I also appreciated being moved to the ladies’ room. I had a comfortable stay.

It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

The Room was clean as always, and I was able to relax. I understand the air conditioning is shared across all Rooms, but it was still hot even after turning off the AC, so it would be appreciated if the window could be opened even a little. I know this may be for fall-prevention reasons, but aside from that, it was affordable and I was very satisfied.

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed for four nights to take a graduate school entrance exam. The Room was simple and compact, very clean, and amenities (except toothbrushes) were available at the front desk in a pick-and-choose system with a wide variety. The mouthwash was especially useful. My Room had no bathtub—shower only—but it was sufficient for the season. The sink had an island-style layout, which made the limited space feel more open. The bathroom area and the bed could be separated by a curtain, which was convenient when changing clothes. Also, the Hotel front desk staff were kind and very helpful—I truly appreciated their support. Breakfast was more substantial than I expected for this price. I saw many international guests as well. The location is great: close to the station, with a convenience store right in front. It’s easy to see why it’s fully booked—excellent value for money. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again. On the day of my exam, the Higashiyama Line stopped running, but I was able to get there via the Meijo Line. It seems that students staying near the Higashiyama Line didn’t make it in time for the start of the exam. Thanks to staying in Sakae, I was able to avoid that problem.

As the name suggests, the entire building has a blue theme, making it easy to spot—I really appreciated being able to find it quickly without getting lost. The amenities were well stocked, and the loungewear was comfortable, so I had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also delicious. It was the best Accommodation for my trip to Nagoya!

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

This is our regular Accommodation, and we always appreciate your hospitality. It’s not too far to walk from Nagoya Station, and with an Onsen as well, it’s a quiet place where we can relax and rest comfortably. Don Quijote is right in front, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is especially delicious, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again!

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. It was really helpful that the property is close to the station, since getting around on tired feet can be tough! All the amenities were available in the lobby, which was reassuring, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.
