This is a truly wonderful Hotel. The service, the Room, and the breakfast are all exceptionally attentive, and there are delightful surprises everywhere. The art pieces throughout the Hotel are also fascinating. It’s fun just to walk around and look at them, and it’s especially nice that whenever I spoke to the staff, they gave thoughtful, well-informed answers. Thank you very much.

With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. This was my second stay, and even understated, it was outstanding. Last time I took a roundabout route and felt it was far from the station, but this time I came up from the underground level of the building that houses KITTE and reached the Hotel via an air-conditioned route—once outside, it was just a few minutes away. The staff are always very pleasant and kindly explain everything in detail. The Room size is more than sufficient—just right. It had a unit bath, but both the bathtub area and the toilet space were spacious enough. There are cups, glasses, and an electric kettle, and you can pick up as many coffee packs or tea bags as you like at the front desk. It seems there’s also a drink service at the breakfast venue, but I didn’t have time to use it, which was a shame. There’s also a convenience store nearby. One thing I personally love is how many places there are to put things. I like to keep my cosmetics and clothes laid out where I can easily see them during my stay, so having plenty of surfaces makes it truly comfortable. The desk, chair, and mirror are all exactly where you want them—very convenient for skincare and makeup. The Room layout—the design and placement of everything—is really thoughtful. I also appreciate having sturdy slippers instead of those flimsy disposable ones that annoy me. These might be pretty specific preferences, but this Hotel fits me perfectly in every way. I usually don’t bother writing a Review, but this is one Hotel that absolutely makes me want to leave one! I liked it so much that I ended up signing up for membership (lol).

About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

I stayed here last year and found it very comfortable, so I chose it again this year. It was an excellent stay. Last time, I wrote a Review saying there was “a little dirt in the corner of the bath,” but this time everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, which truly impressed me. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, and you can get close via the underground passageways. The service is attentive in just the right way—not overbearing. The Room is clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

I often stay here for business, and the check-in and check-out times fit my schedule perfectly, allowing me to plan my work appointments with plenty of time—this is always a great help. No matter how many times I stay, the Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant whenever I visit, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I have stayed five times, and it is a Hotel that satisfies me every time. I would like to stay again on my business trip next month.

I stayed here with my partner, and we both had a wonderful time. We were upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The Room felt elegant and substantial, and it was a very comfortable space. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent and truly hospitable. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Next time, I’d also like to explore other areas within the Facility.

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

Even though I arrived late, the front desk staff were kind and made me feel at ease.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. The large public bath was great, and the complimentary drinks were also nice. The amenities were plentiful and everything was excellent, but I was surprised by how loud it was—possibly from people coming and going in the separate area of the Room. Other than that, I was satisfied with the Hotel. The location is also great, just a short walk from the subway, making sightseeing easy. I would stay again.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. She was thrilled, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lounge sweets—everything was wonderful. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. We will visit again as a family of three, so we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

The best thing about Kuretake Inn is the bed size—it's a comfortable double (W) size.\nThis Nagoya Minami location also stands out for its wide variety of breakfast items. The signature Japanese-style selection is especially impressive—there are so many simmered dishes alone that they can fill a plate. A major advantage over other chain business hotels!\nUnfortunately, the large public bath is more like a medium-sized bath due to space limitations. However, you can check how crowded it is from your Room.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

This was my second stay since staying at the end of June. On this trip I spent 6 nights in Nagoya—2 nights at other capsule hotels, 2 nights at Anshin Oyado, and 2 nights at a city hotel—but Anshin Oyado was still the best. The Facility is great, but I’m especially impressed by the staff’s hard work and attentiveness. The shared toilets, baths, and washbasins are kept spotless at all times—I honestly wonder how many times a day they make the rounds to clean. In terms of private space size, it can’t compete with a city hotel, of course, but I’m always amazed by how well-equipped the shared areas are. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that I want to tell everyone about it—but I also want to keep it secret because I don’t want it to get too crowded.

Conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, making it comfortable to stay.

This was our second stay, and we had a very comfortable time. We would love to stay again next time.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.
