I stayed on a weekday in late August. The Accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the staff were excellent. Amenities were available behind the reception counter for guests to choose freely, with a great variety. It felt like there were many options for women—in a good way! The welcome drink was really helpful on hot summer days, and it was delicious. It’s close to Sakae Subway Station, and since there’s hardly any nightlife nearby, it’s nice that there aren’t any drunk people around. As mentioned in the title, breakfast didn’t include any Japanese dishes for me—there were bread, salad, and curry. I personally prefer Japanese food, so I thought it would be nice if there were a few more Japanese-style options. The boiled eggs were nicely salted and tasty. Even so, everything was delicious overall. Thank you for the meal.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Meieki Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

I usually can’t sleep on trips and had resigned myself to that, but the choice of pillows was so good that I slept soundly every night! The welcome drink was also great. I was impressed that you can check how crowded breakfast is on the TV screen. The staff were cheerful and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. My only regret is that I wish I had stayed at this Accommodation for my entire trip.

The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I already have an Accommodation Reservation for next year as well and look forward to staying again.

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

All the front desk staff were cheerful and wonderful! The Hotel and the room were clean and hygienic, so I felt comfortable staying there. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay at APA Hotel again.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is my favorite hotel. There is only one elevator, and around the 10 AM checkout time, many guests use it at once. I had to let it pass three times before I could get on. If it hadn't been raining heavily, I might have been able to use the outdoor emergency stairs.

I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

Despite the central location, the Room has a desk and a bit of extra space, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. If the cleaning were a little more thorough, there would be nothing to complain about. It felt slightly dusty and the bathroom walls were a bit dirty, so I couldn’t give full marks, but overall I think it’s very good.

Maybe because I stayed on a weekday, the rate was reasonable, and I was happy with the spacious Room. The in-room refrigerator seemed to be broken, and even when I turned it on, my drinks barely got cold. Please inspect and maintain the Facility equipment.

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

I stayed for four nights to take a graduate school entrance exam. The Room was simple and compact, very clean, and amenities (except toothbrushes) were available at the front desk in a pick-and-choose system with a wide variety. The mouthwash was especially useful. My Room had no bathtub—shower only—but it was sufficient for the season. The sink had an island-style layout, which made the limited space feel more open. The bathroom area and the bed could be separated by a curtain, which was convenient when changing clothes. Also, the Hotel front desk staff were kind and very helpful—I truly appreciated their support. Breakfast was more substantial than I expected for this price. I saw many international guests as well. The location is great: close to the station, with a convenience store right in front. It’s easy to see why it’s fully booked—excellent value for money. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again. On the day of my exam, the Higashiyama Line stopped running, but I was able to get there via the Meijo Line. It seems that students staying near the Higashiyama Line didn’t make it in time for the start of the exam. Thanks to staying in Sakae, I was able to avoid that problem.
