Thank you, as always, for a wonderful stay experience. With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. I stayed here with my partner, and we both had a wonderful time. We were upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The Room felt elegant and substantial, and it was a very comfortable space. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent and truly hospitable. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Next time, I’d also like to explore other areas within the Facility.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and other options nearby. The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located for visiting Sakae and Nagoya Castle, and No Meals Included was more than sufficient. The Room was clean and easy to use.

I stayed here after an event at Kaki-yasu Hall. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

As the Hotel is located on the upper floors of the relatively new (2-year-old) Chunichi Building, it is connected to the station underground, so you can get around without getting wet. Since it’s a commercial building with several restaurants in the basement, we also recommend relaxing and spending time at the Hotel. There are department stores nearby as well, making it a convenient location for dining in a lively area and for sightseeing anywhere. The Room was spacious, and the bathtub was deep enough to relax. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. Everything was excellent.

The meals are excellent in both quality and quantity—I was completely satisfied. A bath you can use all night. A charming, traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it’s almost a straight walk from the station.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.
