I used this Hotel for a business trip. It was very helpful to be able to use the lounge and get some work done even before check-in. I was also happy that welcome drinks were always available, as some hotels close this service before check-in time. There was a wide selection of c

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

I stayed here during my trip to Nagoya. The deciding factor for me was the sauna available in the women's bath. It takes about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, but it's not an unmanageable distance, and it was just right for sobering up after drinking. I accidentally l

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to the park, we left our luggage at the hotel (you can check in, but rooms are available from 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing—my son rode a total of 24 attractions and had an amazing time—then headed back to the hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO “pool” play area filled with bricks, plus a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas—a Western-style castle, a pirate ship, and a ninja castle—so kids get super excited. The buffet restaurant is full of LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere, which makes it so fun. There were so many spots that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly try everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style sides—and everything was delicious. There’s also plenty of drinks and desserts. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your room key. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it runs and fun music plays. The hallway has vending machines and a free ice machine (so convenient). Drinks from the vending machines are pricey (a bottle of Coke is ¥300), but there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so if you want something you’ll need to buy it there. In the room they provide four small bottles of I LOHAS water along with cocoa powder plus coffee, black tea, green tea, etc.—and you can quickly chill hot cocoa using ice from down the hall. Both the hallways and rooms are packed with LEGO theming—it’s fantastic! From the adults’ bedroom window you can see LEGOLAND lit up right in front of you. The kids sleep in a separate room on the other side of the bathroom; it has bunk beds and a puzzle treasure box. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV. The bathroom was unit style but spacious enough—and it dries quickly after use so it doesn’t feel damp. Most staff members seemed quite young, but everyone was very kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with big smiles. It was truly a wonderful hotel. We would love to stay again!

This was my first stay. The building isn’t new, but everything was very clean, and it felt like the amenities were well cared for. The staff were wonderful, and the Hotel had a warm atmosphere throughout. I could check how crowded the large public bath was on the Room TV, so I di

I will definitely use it again next time. I want to complete staying in all the rooms on the Executive Floor. At the Executive Lounge, the staff's service is always excellent. There is a wide variety of drinks, plenty of food options, and everything tastes great—especially

Thank you very much for always using our service. This time, I stayed in Room 1003, which was very spacious and allowed me to spend my time comfortably. The dining table in front of the kitchen provided a great space to relax after work, enjoying a beer while watching TV—a truly

The public bath was clean, but there are only a few washing stations, so depending on the time, you may not be able to relax. Happy hour is limited in time, so it would be helpful to have a water dispenser available 24 hours. The breakfast area is also small, and due to the b

Above all, the Room is clean. The Facility is clean. The mattress was Airweave, and waking up was the best. Moreover, the staff's response was pleasant! The parking in and out service is also polite, and you can feel the meticulous attention at check-in. When I come to Nago

I had a very pleasant stay. When I asked to have my luggage shipped home at check-out, the front desk staff were extremely polite and kind, so I felt at ease leaving my bags with them and was able to enjoy my trip comfortably. Thank you very much. I was also surprised that the sa

I am truly grateful for everyone's heartfelt hospitality. It was helpful that the bath and toilet were separate. The train was clearly visible from the room, and my son was delighted. We chose a plan with a train-shaped cake, and both the appearance and taste were wonderful,

The Long Plan was extremely helpful and comfortable as I had a night bus ride the next day. The compact Room was well-equipped with all necessities, the welcome free drink time was extended, and each item at breakfast was delicious, making it a very pleasant Hotel stay. Aroun

I stay at different Hotels about once a month, and here I was able to spend a relaxing time in a quiet private room that felt almost like having the place to myself. Even if the meals are great or the large public bath is excellent, there are quite a few Hotels where you can he

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. Thank you, LiVEMAX.

The coffee by the front desk was also delicious, made with a high-end brand machine. On rainy days they lend umbrellas; the plain clear plastic umbrellas without logos were easy to use. Above all, the location is excellent, and this Hotel was very convenient for me, so I would de

Everything was clean, including the shower and toilet, and there were plenty of mirrors—a full-length mirror, a vanity/dresser area, and a sink with a mirror—which really helped when two of us were doing our makeup. You can check in even after midnight, so it’s reassuring even if

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...
