I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

The lobby is dazzlingly bright with luxurious chandeliers, and the rooms, amenities, and baths are all excellent. I was very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again next time.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

I chose Tokyu Hotel because I wanted to visit the newest spots in Sakae, Nagoya. With so many international hotel brands entering the market, this long-familiar brand brings back childhood memories and makes me feel truly at ease. From check-in at the front desk to entering the room, the hospitality and the subtle, multilayered security measures made my stay feel very safe and comfortable. The Airweave bed was also wonderfully comfortable. Since I expected extreme heat this time, I chose a Plan that included access to a lounge Facility where I could take breaks easily. During the day, I enjoyed locally famous tea and sweets; in the evening, alcoholic drinks and snacks. The manners of other guests were excellent—everyone ate quietly and courteously offered seats to one another—which really felt like what you would expect from Tokyu Hotel guests. For breakfast, I dined at Nadaman. Everything—the rice, miso soup, fish, and more—was delicious, and I was able to enjoy a relaxed Nagoya morning. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much. One thing I noticed: one of the hall staff members at Nadaman had black pants that were quite dirty. I would appreciate it if you could consider increasing how often they are cleaned.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

Conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, making it comfortable to stay.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located for visiting Sakae and Nagoya Castle, and No Meals Included was more than sufficient. The Room was clean and easy to use.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. I had wanted to stay for a while, but never had the chance until now, and I was finally able to do so. Check-in was via a self-service machine, but a staff member explained everything and it went smoothly. Thank you as well for your courteous guidance afterward. Whenever I went out or came back, the staff always greeted me, and I was impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you very much for arranging such a nice Room; thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again—thank you in advance.

I stayed here for sightseeing, but the service at check-in was a bit unsatisfactory. The Room and bath were very satisfying, so it was a shame.

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

This was my first stay, and because it was close to the subway station and located in a business district, it was quiet at night and I felt safe. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I made Reservations for two Rooms, and I appreciated that you arranged them directly across from each other. For breakfast, there were Nagoya specialties such as miso kushi-katsu and kishimen noodles, so I could enjoy local cuisine. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

This was my first stay. The room was clean, and there was a large public bath, which helped me relax and recover from my fatigue.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

The decorations were adorable and made us so excited! Staying here with my family became an amazing memory! We’d love to stay again!
