The meals are excellent in both quality and quantity—I was completely satisfied. A bath you can use all night. A charming, traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it’s almost a straight walk from the station.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

On our way back from Magome-juku and Tsumago-juku, we stayed one night in Nagoya. We were looking for an Accommodation with a large public bath and found your Hotel. It’s a sparkling new Hotel, but there was no unpleasant smell at all. Our Room had a terrace, and although I couldn’t tell whether it was a river or a lake, the view from the Room was really nice. Breakfast was served in the Room, so we enjoyed it on the terrace. The staff were kind and courteous. Since it was raining the next morning, they called us a taxi to go out and even held an umbrella for us until we got into the taxi. We were truly impressed. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again.

The Wi‑Fi on the floor I stayed on didn’t work, so I had to connect to the Wi‑Fi one floor below, and the connection was weak. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else. I’d like to stay again.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated their help without a single unpleasant expression. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

I was a little worried because the price was low, but choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby ranging from upscale to casual, which was very convenient. Since it’s one street off the main road, it’s quiet and nice. The Room, including the bathroom, is new and clean. The sink basin is large, and the Mirable shower is easy to use. Being able to choose a pillow is great. The bed is a Serta semi-double and very comfortable.

They were very courteous from check-in, which left a great impression! It was also nice to be able to choose one drink from the vending machine as a welcome drink—much appreciated in summer. I stayed in the ladies’ Room, and it was clean, and the air conditioner allowed proper temperature control. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. The TV also supported YouTube and more. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance!

Your flexibility and kindness in handling shuttle service and even accepting luggage in advance were incredibly helpful, and I am deeply grateful. We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and because a bed felt unsafe due to the risk of falling, we looked for a Hotel with a Japanese-style Room but couldn’t find one. We chose this place because it offers a flat, tatami-style Room where you sleep on futons laid out on the floor. The Room was spacious, so we felt comfortable even when our child was excited and running around. For breakfast, we made an advance Reservation and enjoyed delicious waffles at the café. There was no bathtub—only a shower room—but prioritizing our child’s safety, it wasn’t an issue. The next day we visited the Anpanman Museum, which was about 15 minutes away by car. We would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for sightseeing. It’s conveniently located near Osu Shopping Street and the subway. The building has four floors, but there is an elevator inside, so I was able to move around easily even with a suitcase. While many guesthouses do not have staff on-site, it was very helpful that staff were available during limited hours. There are more shower booths than at many other guesthouses, so I never had to wait. One thing I noticed was the washbasins. There is also a restroom on the 3rd floor, but there was no handwashing area in or near it. Since the washbasins were located next to the shower rooms, I ended up using the restroom on the 2nd floor instead. There is a microwave and an electric kettle, but I don’t think there were any cooking appliances such as a stove, so you may not be able to cook. With its great location and clean Facility, I would like to stay again.

This was my third stay. This time, there was a Shuttle Service for the first time, and instead of walking back and forth from Nagashima Spa Land carrying heavy luggage as I had before, I was able to use the Shuttle Service, which made things much easier. When there are many guests, the walls are thin, so I sometimes couldn’t sleep because I could hear conversations and doors opening and closing. However, on the day I stayed this time there were fewer guests, so it was quiet and comfortable. Since I don’t have a car, I can’t go to the main building, but they always provide complimentary breakfast bread and canned coffee each time, which I’m happy with.

I often stay at APA Hotel, and this time I visited APA Hotel Nagoya Sakae Higashi! The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, it’s very close to APA Hotel Sakae, so I sometimes go to the wrong one. Even though it was my mistake, the front desk staff at Sakae kindly guided me again, and I really appreciate it. I’ll be more careful next time so I don’t mix them up. Thank you as always!

We stayed as a family, and the location was excellent—at a convenient distance from Meieki Station—and the front desk staff were extremely courteous. For the Accommodation Fee, the amenities were very well stocked, and the room was clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bread and coffee service was more than sufficient, and it was an Accommodation that made us want to stay again.

This was my first stay. Starting with the welcome drink service, the Onsen had silky-smooth water, and I appreciated being able to choose pajamas and a pillow. Breakfast was also delicious. Everything was excellent. I felt refreshed and was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live performance at the Arts Theater. I was impressed by the sense of openness from the entrance and the spacious lobby. The Room was kept very clean. While it did feel a bit historic, it was spacious enough for my wife and me to relax comfortably. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Arts Theater, close to Sakae Station, and surrounded by many convenience stores, making it very convenient. At night, the area had a bit of an entertainment-district atmosphere, but once inside the Hotel it was quiet and I didn’t notice any noise at all. I also appreciated that the on-site parking accommodates both standard-sized cars and SUVs—very helpful for me as an SUV driver. My wife also mentioned that having an anti-fog section on part of the mirror in the unit bath was a thoughtful touch that women especially appreciate. I would like to stay here again.

I used this place after a long time. It is sufficient for business use. Mobile charging cables are provided, including Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Sharp smartphones, and Micro USB for power banks. It's not a big issue, but the USB port on the bedside was damaged, so I couldn't charge my phone while using it in bed.

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.

I’ve been staying here frequently lately, and the other day I had to extend my stay at short notice due to scheduling. The front desk staff handled it smoothly, and I had a wonderful time. I’d like to stay here again in the future.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.
