We ended up staying as a family on short notice. The price was very reasonable, and above all, we were impressed by the breakfast service. The staff were wonderful, and we would like to stay again.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. Thank you, LiVEMAX.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

It was clean, and there were no issues with the Room. Amenities are the type you bring up yourself as needed. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

Even though I arrived late at night, I was warmly welcomed and guided with great kindness. They approached me immediately and provided a thorough explanation. Much appreciated!

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Nagoya Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

I was glad that the toilet and bath were separate. I also appreciated being moved to the ladies’ room. I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed here while attending the F1. The price was high due to the busy season, but that’s unavoidable anywhere. For a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped, and there was enough space in front of the mirror and desk, which I think is especially convenient for women. The Facility was clean overall. It’s also convenient with a convenience store on-site, and it’s close to Kanayama Station, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

The decorations were adorable and made us so excited! Staying here with my family became an amazing memory! We’d love to stay again!

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

It was very comfortable. It’s definitely small, but if you’re just taking a bath and sleeping, it’s great value for money and more than enough. Being able to stretch out in the bathtub was the best. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom is also good. If I had one complaint: for a solo stay it feels secure, but when staying with two people, we sometimes wanted to go downstairs to get drinks. Since there is only one Room key, you have to remove the key before you can use the elevator and return to the Room, which was inconvenient. The morning bread and coffee were delicious, so everything else was perfect.

Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

It was disappointing that the floor hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly this time; there were bits of lint and other debris. The bed making also felt a little sloppy. Other than that, I was satisfied as usual. I will use your service again.

Receiving the QR code before arrival was helpful, as it meant there was no need to fill anything out after check-in. The Room felt bright with a warm wood finish, and the bathroom was comfortable. A luggage rack would be convenient, especially for guests with suitcases.

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

I stayed here to attend a live concert. Thank you for kindly accommodating my request to store my luggage before check-in. After check-in, I had a very comfortable stay thanks to the clean Room and delicious breakfast. Thank you very much.

It’s rare to find a Hotel with such attractive Accommodation Fees that also includes parking. Plus, the underground parking garage is ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.
