About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I think it would be better if the wash area had a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit uncomfortable without one. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a Hotel near Nagoya Station for a business golf outing and decided to try this one for the first time. The Room was clean, and having pajamas provided was very helpful. Since I don’t use the bathtub, the shower room alone was comfortable. The toilet was clean and spacious. If I had to mention one thing, even on the strongest setting, the bidet water pressure for rear washing felt a bit weak (lol). I didn’t have breakfast because of golf, but judging from the information provided it looked delicious, so I’d like to try it next time. Also, at pre-checkout payment, my companion had already paid for their Room next to me, but I was still charged for both Rooms. Because I paid with PayPay and couldn’t cancel it afterward, they ended up canceling my companion’s card payment instead. Considering that business travelers often need to settle expenses individually, I didn’t think this handling was ideal.

This was my first stay, and it was such a great hotel overall that I regret not having stayed here sooner. I used the lobby lounge, the executive lounge, and Nadaman, and everything was very satisfying. The cookies and bread I purchased at the restaurant were also delicious. At the executive lounge, although the staff varied depending on the time of day, everyone’s service was outstanding—I was truly impressed by the quality you would expect from a prestigious hotel. The room lighting felt calm and relaxing, the bed mattress was comfortable, and I was able to unwind. Since I visit Nagoya twice a year, I would like to make this my regular hotel.

This is my third stay here. The direct connection to the station is a real highlight. The Hotel room is clean and very comfortable to use. Breakfast also offers many Nagoya specialties, which I enjoyed. I also appreciated the service of making a café latte upon request. With restaurants, a convenience store selling souvenirs, a pharmacy, and Starbucks all in the same building, it’s very convenient, so I would stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel felt new and very clean, and its convenient location near the station was a plus. The staff were kind, and their warm smiles left a great impression. The Nagoya-style breakfast dishes were delicious.

I stayed here again after a long time for a concert at Forest Hall. Access to Kanayama Station and the hall, the Room and Facility, the cleanliness of the large public bath, and the service were all as good as ever. I also appreciated that all amenities were already placed in the Room in advance (choosing amenities in the lobby while carrying luggage can be quite difficult). On top of that, I was impressed by the wide variety. Breakfast was delicious as well. Perhaps because the dining area is spacious or because it was a weekday, there was no congestion at the buffet, so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. One thing is that there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage, so I thought it would be nice if you could install or lend a foldable baggage rack around under the TV. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

I had plans from the evening, so I chose this place because I could check in at 2:00 PM and it’s close to the station. When I arrived, there was construction next door and it’s in a busy downtown area, so I was worried about noise. However, there was no construction noise or nighttime disturbance, and I had a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth with just one signature since the online reservation details were already reflected (some places still make you fill everything out by hand). If I come to Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. I chose this place because the breakfast looked appealing. The Room was on the top floor and close to the bath, so I was very satisfied. As the Reviews said, you need to go early for breakfast or you’ll have to wait in line, but the food was delicious. The bath was a bit disappointing due to the crowds, and the changing area was small, so we had to take turns getting changed.
