Despite the central location, the Room has a desk and a bit of extra space, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. If the cleaning were a little more thorough, there would be nothing to complain about. It felt slightly dusty and the bathroom walls were a bit dirty, so I couldn’t give full marks, but overall I think it’s very good.

The Room was pleasant, with no wasted space, and the large TV was great.\nIt was also very nice that the bathroom area and the bed area could be separated with a curtain.\nTwo small things I noticed: there was no bottled water, so I wasn’t sure whether the tap water was drinkable, but luckily there were convenience stores and a drugstore nearby so I could easily get some.\nThe other thing—only slightly—was that a bit of morning light came in through the window curtains. Other than that, the location was excellent and it was a very good Hotel where I felt no inconvenience at all. It made me want to go to Nagoya specifically to stay at this Hotel again.\nThe staff’s smiles were very welcoming—not only at the front desk, but also the person who helped with cleaning.\nI would love to stay again.

Because we had an event to attend, we chose this Hotel based on its great Reviews. They also stored our luggage before check-in. The Room was clean and very nice, but I thought Netflix would be available and it wasn’t. I may have been mistaken, but I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. Overall, I was satisfied and felt it was a good stay.

There is another LiVEMAX near Kanayama in Otobashi, and the rates are different, so I will use the cheaper one.

Maybe because I stayed on a weekday, the rate was reasonable, and I was happy with the spacious Room. The in-room refrigerator seemed to be broken, and even when I turned it on, my drinks barely got cold. Please inspect and maintain the Facility equipment.

I stayed at the accommodation during my visit to Nagoya to watch a play. The room was bright, with a separate bath and toilet, making my stay very comfortable. The lighting at the sink was excellent, and I especially liked the shampoo provided in the amenities. I woke up early and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

The Room wasn’t exceptionally clean, but I felt it offered better value than the price. The amenities were minimal—neither particularly good nor bad. The pillow is low and the bed is soft. Personally, I liked that style, so I was satisfied. I didn’t notice any noise or voices from the neighboring Room at all. I was also very grateful for the free breakfast service. It includes two pieces of bread, a boiled egg, and coffee. It’s first-come, first-served, so if you go later it might be gone. The front desk staff were also efficient and helpful. Above all, the location near the station is amazing! I joined a two-day bus tour and had early mornings, and since the Hotel was on the side of the meeting point it was very convenient. If I come to Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here.

I stayed here overnight after a live concert. I really appreciated that they were able to store my luggage, as it was quite large. Amenities were self-serve, so you can take only what you need. There is a convenience store right next door, so you can easily pick up anything you may be missing.

I stayed here the night before attending a wedding. It’s a compact Hotel, but it’s close to the station and, above all, very affordable—so I was extremely satisfied. The building felt a bit dated, but I felt that was more than made up for by the excellent service from the Hotel staff. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Stayed for 4 nights due to work. The Room had a microwave, and breakfast bento boxes were available at the front desk, making the stay very comfortable. Daily room cleaning was provided upon request. The location is convenient, not too far from the station, with many convenience stores nearby and an AEON within walking distance—perfect for business use. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating, making my stay extremely pleasant. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The Hotel is small and cozy, and we were able to relax. Maybe this is standard for a Multiple Night Stay, but it made us happy to come back and find bath towels and other items placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob. The front desk staff’s beaming smile was so heartwarming that I won’t forget it.

It’s close to Fushimi Subway Station, and you can enjoy drinks during happy hour and have breakfast as well, so I think it offers great value for money. The breakfast had about four kinds of side dishes, and all of them were delicious. The Room was small, and the bathroom still had some residue from someone else, which wasn’t very pleasant, but it was sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. They also stored my luggage for me—thank you for your help.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I stayed with my parents and one other person (three of us in total). It’s about 800 meters from the station—fine for me, but since my parents are elderly, we took a taxi. There aren’t many convenience stores or shops nearby, but you can find everything around the station area. The front desk staff were foreign and handled things in a businesslike manner. The Room was very spacious, and the TV area and bathroom were also large and comfortable. Check-out was at 10:00, so I wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

This is my second stay. I was satisfied with the proximity to the station and the cleanliness of the Room during my previous visit, so I decided to stay here again. As before, it was a satisfying stay. I only interacted with the front desk staff during check-in and check-out, but they left a positive impression as many were pleasant. It was a corner Room on the top floor. There was no disturbance from surrounding noise, just occasional faint sirens from the highway. The air conditioning and ventilation worked well, but some might find the slight whistling sound from the door gap noticeable. My wife initially thought it was the refrigerator making noise, but I believe this is a sign of good ventilation. There are two elevators, so there’s no waiting time and they operate smoothly. Parking at a nearby pachinko parlor cost 1,000 yen for 24 hours. It’s within walking distance to Sakae's central area, so I’d love to stay here again!

The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

It’s conveniently located and comfortable for getting anywhere in the city. The service was appropriately attentive without being excessive for the price, making our stay very comfortable.

We stayed as a family of three. It’s close to the downtown area, but the surrounding streets are quiet. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. Shikemichi and the Endoji Shopping Street are within walking distance, so it’s a good location for sightseeing. The welcome drinks had a wide variety and were great. We were also satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the amenities. Because an extra bed was added, we couldn’t find the hair dryer at first and searched for a while. It turned out it was just hidden by the bed, but that was the only minor issue.
