Stayed for a concert in Nagoya. The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it turned out they were Tempur and Simmons. Although the facility was slightly old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious enough to stay comfortably.

The Room wasn’t exceptionally clean, but I felt it offered better value than the price. The amenities were minimal—neither particularly good nor bad. The pillow is low and the bed is soft. Personally, I liked that style, so I was satisfied. I didn’t notice any noise or voices from the neighboring Room at all. I was also very grateful for the free breakfast service. It includes two pieces of bread, a boiled egg, and coffee. It’s first-come, first-served, so if you go later it might be gone. The front desk staff were also efficient and helpful. Above all, the location near the station is amazing! I joined a two-day bus tour and had early mornings, and since the Hotel was on the side of the meeting point it was very convenient. If I come to Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here.

It was a No Meals Included stay, using a double room for single occupancy. Close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great value and very satisfying. I would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much.

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

I initially headed in the wrong direction from the station exit, but the Room was more than sufficient for a stay. It was clean, had individually controlled air conditioning, and the sofa-style chair was more comfortable than a standard chair. I also appreciated that the shower head angle could be adjusted. It would have been helpful to have a mirror for makeup. Also, it may have taken a little while for the hot water to heat up.

The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

Despite the central location, the Room has a desk and a bit of extra space, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. If the cleaning were a little more thorough, there would be nothing to complain about. It felt slightly dusty and the bathroom walls were a bit dirty, so I couldn’t give full marks, but overall I think it’s very good.

It’s conveniently located and comfortable for getting anywhere in the city. The service was appropriately attentive without being excessive for the price, making our stay very comfortable.

I stayed at the accommodation during my visit to Nagoya to watch a play. The room was bright, with a separate bath and toilet, making my stay very comfortable. The lighting at the sink was excellent, and I especially liked the shampoo provided in the amenities. I woke up early and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that it was hard to decide what to eat. This time I didn’t make it to the wild vegetable rice, so I’d definitely like to try it next time. The staff were also very pleasant, and I’d love to stay again. One request: I would appreciate it if you could check on the parking lot periodically. I arrived around 19:30, and there were people having a party in one corner of the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Also, although the parking lot isn’t very large, there was a large SUV parked with its front end sticking out (stopped leaving nearly 1 meter before the wheel stop), right in the middle of the lot, making it difficult to drive through to reach the spaces beyond. I understand this may be difficult since it comes down to individual manners... Other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here overnight after a live concert. I really appreciated that they were able to store my luggage, as it was quite large. Amenities were self-serve, so you can take only what you need. There is a convenience store right next door, so you can easily pick up anything you may be missing.

I stayed one night in a twin Room. I made a same-day Reservation and checked in a few hours later, but the Room was ready and I was able to go in right away. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so this Room—with a shower room only and separate sink and toilet—was perfect for me. It was compact yet well laid out, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The Hotel is small and cozy, and we were able to relax. Maybe this is standard for a Multiple Night Stay, but it made us happy to come back and find bath towels and other items placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob. The front desk staff’s beaming smile was so heartwarming that I won’t forget it.

All the front desk staff were cheerful and wonderful! The Hotel and the room were clean and hygienic, so I felt comfortable staying there. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay at APA Hotel again.

I stayed with my parents and one other person (three of us in total). It’s about 800 meters from the station—fine for me, but since my parents are elderly, we took a taxi. There aren’t many convenience stores or shops nearby, but you can find everything around the station area. The front desk staff were foreign and handled things in a businesslike manner. The Room was very spacious, and the TV area and bathroom were also large and comfortable. Check-out was at 10:00, so I wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Stayed for 4 nights due to work. The Room had a microwave, and breakfast bento boxes were available at the front desk, making the stay very comfortable. Daily room cleaning was provided upon request. The location is convenient, not too far from the station, with many convenience stores nearby and an AEON within walking distance—perfect for business use. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating, making my stay extremely pleasant. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This is my second stay. I was satisfied with the proximity to the station and the cleanliness of the Room during my previous visit, so I decided to stay here again. As before, it was a satisfying stay. I only interacted with the front desk staff during check-in and check-out, but they left a positive impression as many were pleasant. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya next time.
