I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

I stayed in Nagoya for a live concert. Since the venue was a five-minute walk away, I made a quick Reservation several months in advance. The room size and Facilities were more than satisfactory. I usually just take showers and don’t use a bathtub, so the clean shower booth was perfect for me. With only the essentials provided—and at this location—I think it offers excellent value for money. I’ll likely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I chose LiVEMAX for three weeks of work from Sunday to Saturday. The reason is that each Room has a microwave. I got tired of eating out every day, so it’s great to be able to shop at the supermarket and heat up meals. Other hotels are available, but having to go down to the lobby is inconvenient. It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

We stayed at the Washington Hotel for four nights from the 20th to the 24th. On the first day, there was a water leak while I was taking a bath, so I contacted the front desk. They promptly prepared another Room for us (an upgrade). Thank you very much for taking such good care of my daughter and me. Since it is located in central Sakae, we were able to use the Sakae subway to visit many places without needing taxis. We also had amazing seats at two live shows. The Hotel staff were all very pleasant, and we would like to stay here again next time. Thank you for a wonderful four-day trip to Nagoya.

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. It was really helpful that the property is close to the station, since getting around on tired feet can be tough! Whenever I come to Nagoya, I always stay at this Hotel. The Facilities are well equipped, and as a smoker, I truly appreciate it. The complimentary breakfast is something I look forward to every time; it’s satisfying and offers plenty of variety. Depending on my mood that day, I enjoy rice with curry or salmon furikake, among other options. Thank you as always.

The lounge was more affordable than expected, yet the quality was excellent—I really enjoyed it. It’s also conveniently located with easy access from Meieki Station, so I’d like to stay here again.

The Room was pleasant, with no wasted space, and the large TV was great.\nIt was also very nice that the bathroom area and the bed area could be separated with a curtain.\nTwo small things I noticed: there was no bottled water, so I wasn’t sure whether the tap water was drinkable, but luckily there were convenience stores and a drugstore nearby so I could easily get some.\nThe other thing—only slightly—was that a bit of morning light came in through the window curtains. Other than that, the location was excellent and it was a very good Hotel where I felt no inconvenience at all. It made me want to go to Nagoya specifically to stay at this Hotel again.\nThe staff’s smiles were very welcoming—not only at the front desk, but also the person who helped with cleaning.\nI would love to stay again.

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

I usually can’t sleep on trips and had resigned myself to that, but the choice of pillows was so good that I slept soundly every night! The welcome drink was also great. I was impressed that you can check how crowded breakfast is on the TV screen. The staff were cheerful and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. My only regret is that I wish I had stayed at this Accommodation for my entire trip.

Thank you very much. The staff service was excellent, and the Hotel’s location was great—nothing to complain about. I heard after I got home from a friend in the travel industry that the breakfast bread is really good. I wish I had tried it. However, the Room had an unpleasant odor... I think it was coming from the bathroom—possibly from the drain pipe. Is there any issue with the trap? Whether I ran the bathroom exhaust fan or turned it off, it didn’t help. That was the only disappointment. I’d like to stay again, so if possible, I hope this can be improved.

Stayed for a concert in Nagoya. The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it turned out they were Tempur and Simmons. Although the facility was slightly old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious enough to stay comfortably.

It’s close to Fushimi Subway Station, and you can enjoy drinks during happy hour and have breakfast as well, so I think it offers great value for money. The breakfast had about four kinds of side dishes, and all of them were delicious. The Room was small, and the bathroom still had some residue from someone else, which wasn’t very pleasant, but it was sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. They also stored my luggage for me—thank you for your help.

The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.

Because we had an event to attend, we chose this Hotel based on its great Reviews. They also stored our luggage before check-in. The Room was clean and very nice, but I thought Netflix would be available and it wasn’t. I may have been mistaken, but I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. Overall, I was satisfied and felt it was a good stay.
