Thank you, as always, for a wonderful stay experience. With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. I had wanted to stay at a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was satisfied this time. The gentle hot water and the delicious breakfast were great. However, the front desk staff felt rather unfriendly.

This was my second stay since staying at the end of June. On this trip I spent 6 nights in Nagoya—2 nights at other capsule hotels, 2 nights at Anshin Oyado, and 2 nights at a city hotel—but Anshin Oyado was still the best. The Facility is great, but I’m especially impressed by the staff’s hard work and attentiveness. The shared toilets, baths, and washbasins are kept spotless at all times—I honestly wonder how many times a day they make the rounds to clean. In terms of private space size, it can’t compete with a city hotel, of course, but I’m always amazed by how well-equipped the shared areas are. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that I want to tell everyone about it—but I also want to keep it secret because I don’t want it to get too crowded.

This was my first trip to Nagoya, and I stayed for two nights with breakfast included. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and were very clean. Great value for money—the Onsen is available all night, and breakfast offered several Nagoya specialties, which I really enjoyed. What I liked most was that the staff gave guests plenty of space in a good way. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you.

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

The Room was clean as always, and I was able to relax. I understand the air conditioning is shared across all Rooms, but it was still hot even after turning off the AC, so it would be appreciated if the window could be opened even a little. I know this may be for fall-prevention reasons, but aside from that, it was affordable and I was very satisfied.

The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it has two large public baths and was very comfortable. The Room our family stayed in was quite spacious, and the kids were thrilled. There is no toilet in the Room, but it was just outside and very close. Since it’s not an in-room toilet, we can’t bring a towel every time, so it would be helpful if disposable paper towels for drying hands were available in the restroom. One strange thing: the TV turned on several times even though we hadn’t touched the remote. When it suddenly turned on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping, it woke us up.

It was excellent value for the price. The Onsen water was silky and wonderfully relaxing, and the staff at reception and during meal service were very kind, making our stay truly comfortable.

This was my first stay. Starting with the welcome drink service, the Onsen had silky-smooth water, and I appreciated being able to choose pajamas and a pillow. Breakfast was also delicious. Everything was excellent. I felt refreshed and was very satisfied. Thank you very much.
